Kind of a dingy location and it isn’t as good as the Gahanna one. The dough was much thicker than normal, barely any cheese, barely any pepperonis. We really like the paisano peppers, but overall disappointing and would not go back to this location anytime soon. People were nice, just spent a lot of money on a subpar pie.

Put in an order in advance at noon for 8pm - showed up at 8pm and pizza wasn't even made yet, let alone cooked - somehow other pizzas that came in after an order 8 hours ago were made first. The excuse of 'slammed & understaffed' was given, which on a Friday night isn't a good one. The original Sextons founders should be embarrassed by their expansion, the service continues to disappoint as I continue to wait for a very late order.

The pizza is so good, and this is the location closest to my house, but holy mother of God the service is so bad I might have to find a new spot. I honestly can't even begin to list the things that went wrong on my last visit. The four to six teenagers working were not doing a great job, but then seemingly all but one of them went on break at the same time, making things infinitely worse. Just a mess.

This place what makes it bad is the workers, front guy at counter, uses phone and takes his sweet time. Called in for pick up and i took while to get to the location almost 30 minutes so that when i get there my food will be ready to go, when i got there they didnt even start to make my order, he forgot about it and i had to wait another 30 minutes. The pizza turned out to be bad because he rushed it. I will not recommend this place.

Had heard great things and was really disappointed . . . Ordered three times from Harrison West location:
1. As soon as I picked up, the girl working there (super nice) immediately apologized and told me that the pizza was burned and gave me a gift card because it was the end of the night and too late to make another pizza. The pizza was a little burned, but by no means would I have complained. I thought it was pretty good! Zero complaints about this order . . . mistakes happen.
2. Happily tried them again . . . staff couldn't be bothered to help (whatever, teenagers . . .), but when I got home I realized the pizza was REALLY burned. Major bummer.
3. Walked in and staff walks away, call out your name and they sigh, eye roll and turn around just to dramatically hand you a pizza that's already paid for . . . you literally just have to hand the customer a box. Half the pizza was burned and barely any sauce.
Bad service at a takeout pizza place, whatever . . . you want to miserable at work, that's on you. Consistently being unable to make a not burned pizza is another issue.
Food is good no complaints there.
Service is horrible. we ordered takeout and we waited a hr longer for a pizza then the time they told us. . They gave us a 30.00 gift card to make up for it. Great Right??? we gave the gift card to my daughter who just had her second child. she ordered a pizza drove over to pick it up only to be informed the gift card was for dine in only. she paid for the pizza and as shes leaving with pizza and my grandaughter in her hands the staff just stands there and watches her.
i will never give one dollar to this place ever again . The one bite review has gone to there head . Pizzas good but i will take little ceasers over a place that could care less about its customers

okay here's what went down when I came in here the other day, I walk in and there's a teenager eating a pizza at the register. I ignore it and order a Kevin bacon which didn't even come with the drizzle it was said to come with, and it was so burnt. the only reason I am giving this place more than one star is because they had this hot white boy working at the time and I had to do everything in my power to not ask for his number or even a name but give that man a raise he makes the whole atmosphere just way better

Delicious pizza!!! The crust was amazing, and the cheese and topping ratio and taste were perfect. It's a little bit hard to find because there's just a small neon sign in the window and no big sign on the building. I circled the block a couple of times with my GPS yelling at me before I saw it. It's in the same plaza as the drive through alcohol place. I will get pizza from here again and soon.
