Their app is buggy and their customer service is awful. They’ll refuse refunds even when it’s their mistake. At the very least, just wait to order at the restaurant.

Waste of time, absolutely insane wait time for food. Submitted my order at a kiosk at 8:32pm and they finished making a burger for me by 9:34pm. I waited 30 minutes, heard that someone else in front of me has been waiting an hour, and decided to leave.

The workers were extremely rude and said “pissing me off” when I didn’t hear them call my food the first time they called it. Why give out table numbers if you have to go up and get your food?

Pretty horrible experience if you ask me, went with my sister and girlfriend and we ordered at the same time, me and my girlfriend got our food within the first 15 minutes, my sister waited and waited just for them to say they forgot about her order, mind you she waited 50 minutes just for a burger and a drink. Doesn’t offer anything free or give anything extra for making her wait.

Boring! If the target audience is teenagers, you’re on point. This place is stale and there are no directions of how the ordering process goes for new customers. The burgers were greasy and all shakes are made with the same type of milk.

Picked up an online order- everything was quite literally just thrown in a bag. My girlfriend has a dairy allergy and her food was tossed on top of our cheeseburgers cross contaminating her meal. Portion sizes are small for what you pay for but otherwise taste okay.

Burgers were good, sloppily made but good. Employees were rude and bothered and cashier was confused. This was our first time here btw so it took us a second to figure out the menu. All we did was order the newest advertised burger and the front desk person made it so confusing. The workers in the back just seemed bothered. When we went to go sit down and the guy with dreads came out with our burgers he just slams them down at the table and walks away. If you hate your job just quit. Don’t take it out on a customer just simply ordering food and sitting down that gave yall no issues at a establishment you chose to work at
