The young brown haired girl at the counter was so rude. We went to pick up food and were ignored for a long time and then when this employee finally came over she said nothing, slammed our food on the counter and walked away. Customer service training is needed, Chik Fila has a good program.

First time eating here. Fun experience as you order at kiosk, very clean monitors and tables. The food was decent, but the shakes were the best! Shakes tasted like a special dark chocolate made with real ice cream but not 100% sure. Our waiter was pleasant and friendly.
The food was easy to order an concept was easy to understand by ordering with a number. Spent 19.97 on a burger, fries an float, not including 15% tip. The burger was more like a slider, we so underwhelming (size of white castle sliders), the fries weren't 100% done as I got 1 that was still on the raw side, basic with no seasonings, the float was 2 soft serve scoops an you fill it up at the pop machine. Was not impressed at all, no hurry in ever going back.

The food is nothing special, both katchup machines were empty and the table was tackle.You give your name on the self checkout machine but and they don't bring your order, you have to go and take yourself.Pretty desapointed.

I had heard nothing but good things about shake shack. I was excited to visit but left disappointed. Burger was OK, hot dog was substandard, and the chicken nuggets were wet. They are cashless, and there's a bottleneck in ordering at the kiosks. Milkshake was OK but nothing to write home about. Service was below average. You're told to take a number, and your food will be brought out. That didn't happen. Won't be returning.
Extremely loud almost a complete separation from customer in the workers. Because it's so automated.It's almost panned Monique in the foods. Just OK nothing special.

ShakeShake has really gone down hill. The food just isn't very good anymore. My chicken shack had a very thin and small chicken patty that was overcooked. The table we sat at was broken and the whole restaurant was not very clean. The prices keep going up while the quality just keeps going down. Barley better than McDonald's at this point.

Had looked forward to trying shake shack for some time and honestly it's over priced and flavorless. This was my second time trying it. The cheese sauce on the fries leaves a film on your teeth and the burger's and chicken have zero seasoning of any kind it seems. Only thing I can say is that the bacon even though cheap seemed somewhat fresh. If it was at most $10 a person that'd be one thing but at $15 minimum per person for a sandwich, fries, and no drink it's ridiculous. The first time I came tried a chocolate shake and it was okay at best. If you come to the Easton location walk down the block and getting ice cream at the ice cream shop.
