Some of the nicest staff ever! Walked up, not one but 2 ladies greeted me, assisted finding order. Staff at this location are amazingly friendly, professional, and quick... food was excellent I get the entire franchise now! So yummy, but staff make it amazing.

Late-night bites — hot, fresh, and perfect. While the air conditioning seemed to be on the fritz, the manager went out of his way to make the experience better. He offered us complimentary drinks while we waited, even though we hadn’t ordered them, just to make up for the uncomfortable heat.
He went above and beyond to solve a problem that wasn’t even his fault, and he did it without us having to ask. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated.

Waited forever to get food, which had actually been sitting back there for 10 minutes, resulting in a warm shake and cold chicken. Staff seemed to be prioritizing Doordash over customers in the restaurant.
I ordered 2 Carolina BBQ burgers, 2 smokey BBQ chicken sandwiches and one order of fries. The burgers came with bacon but it was quite literally a speck of bacon and the fries that cost $4.19 were so unbelievably small. There's no reason to skimp on fries ffs. The sandwiches overall were a mess, looked like they were thrown together with no care. I get that the food industry doesn't pay much but I've worked food industry for years and I would NEVER give/send someone food I wouldn't want myself. I'll never order from here again, just terrible customer service.

Every time I visit the Shake Shack in downtown Columbus, it hits the mark. The ShackBurger is always juicy and packed with flavor, and the crinkle-cut fries are perfectly crispy. I usually go for a vanilla shake—it’s thick, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet.
The staff is friendly and quick, even when it’s busy, and the vibe is upbeat and clean. It’s one of my go-to spots when I’m downtown. Great food, great service, every time.

I am vegan and I never really enjoy the veggie burgers offered any where. I am not a fan of quinoa....but the Veggie Shack is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! I got mine in a lettuce wrap and it was soooo yummy!
