Food was great and came quickly. But most importantly, I left my belt bag hanging on a chair. It had everything in it for the weekend we were in town. Went back the next morning and they had my bag there with everything untouched. So grateful.

Walked to Shake Shack after a long day of being out in the Short North. We ordered at a kiosk, and our name was called when our food was ready. We had a large group with us, but the food came out in a timely manner. I got a chicken sandwich and fries, and it was sooo crispy and delicious. There was amble seating inside, so we ate at the restaurant. Looking forward to coming again!
