Shake Shack Polaris

Has a drive thru but can only order on mobile app to pick up at window. Went in to order and had to use mobile ordering system even though there were 6 employees just standing around. Got food after about 15 min, it was cold! My burger had a hair in it! We returned the whole meal and left.

Ginger with the hat on was more interested in chatting with co-worker than actually working. Left food sitting for minutes under the lights while conversing while I stood and watched my food get cold. Terrible work attitude by our Millennials.

Don't eat much fast food but stopped in after a soccer game. A different experience with placing the order on the computers ourselves, but it was very user friendly. Burgers, fries and shakes were all good, the kids loved them. Menu options were good but my complaint is they do not have a kids menu!!

I should have read these reviews before I ordered and spent $60. The staff is a joke. Only half of them working. The rest are horsing around or standing not doing anything. Already disappointed with my decision to try this.

Have read many reviews of hamburgers. I wanted to try Shake Shack. Walked in and was confronted with a notepad to place my order.Noped out at that point. I don't need a tutorial.Is this their idea of service? And then they'll ask for a tip.

Food was freshly prepared just the way i ordered it and tasted delicious. Food also came out very quickly after ordering. The restaurant was clean and resonably priced. The fries were seasoned perfectly, and the burgers and shakes were awesome.

Vegetarian options: They have veggie burgers and fried mushroom burgers.

Parking: Lots of spots were available

Kid-friendliness: The food is great sized for kids and they have mauy options. My kids loved the food here and said it deserved a five-star rating.

Waited almost 30 min to receive charcoal burnt burgers. Kid at the counter was very nice in getting us remakes. Took another 15 minutes to get the remade burgers. Overall food quality is quite poor. Shout out to the curly haired dirty blonde dude working up front he was absolutely great about the whole situation

Extremely overpriced for lackluster portions. And the serving staff acts and looks like they'd rather be doing anything than working. Columbus has so many amazing burger places that there's no excuse for a Manhattan original to come to town and be this bad.

Wow, where to even start? Employees making videos and screwing around, tables greasy and garbage on the floor, and this place was EMPTY. Over priced underwhelming food. Chicken bites were microscopic and mostly bread, absolutely dripping with fryer oil. It left oil slicks in the ranch dressing FFS! Burgers small and NOT worth the price they’re asking. You can talk all day about sourcing and quality but if a family of four can’t eat here for under $40 what are you doing? We tried for a redemption attempt and let the kids order shakes after the meal. Fail. $7 milkshakes are a crime. Corporate greed and management incompetency at its finest here. It’s no wonder your employees avoid customer interaction, they know how upset everyone is going to be with their shake shack experience.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, hamburger, and a drink - was $26. Thinking that as long as it’s good, it will be ok. All 3 burgers were charred to a crisp - well beyond burnt and probably not fit to consume. Tried to reorder one that also had the cheese burnt to a crisp. Server was very gracious about it but I won’t be coming back.

They don't have any cashiers, they make you do that work for them. Their tablet doesn't respond to touch well, and their menu is convoluted. They have no combos or anything, so you have to buy $5 fries, a $4 drink, and a $10 burger separately, absurd prices for what this food is. I used to love shake shack, but this one has cemented never visiting one of these joints ever again.

My burger and the shack sauce that came with were very good, my cheese fries were amazing and my Frozen hot chocolate shake, taste just like it reads. The place was well decorated and clean. Quick service and had kiosk or register option.

We waited over 40 mins for our food, the manager did offer to make it or refund the order, even with him making it there was still a sandwich that was missed, and the food was not anything to write home

The Manager Justin was very kind to help us with a coupon issue we had and he honored it regardless. He was patient and understanding. Thank you Justin and Staff for the wonderful experience!
