I am giving it 2 stars in favor of the food, EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there to get food the employees are very rude and act like they don’t see me trying to order something or pick up and order and I know I am not being petty because it happens to a lot of ppl I know

My only complaint about the Dublin location is they need to make sure the fries are cooked enough & CRISPY!! Easton does it right. Overall, I love Shake Shack though 😋

Not good service unless you are using the kiosks then maybe okay. Prices are high for the quality of food. I would say on par with steak and shake.

Good tasting food but I have no idea why it takes 10 minutes to give me a lukewarm burger. Save your time and go elsewhere

Worst experience of my life with “fast food” it took 30 minutes to get my food and it wasn’t even cooked well. This was the grilled cheese I was given. Still cold

This place can’t make it much longer. They have personnel issues. Staff acts like they’re court mandated versus wanting to work. The kitchen looks like a bomb went off every time I see it. Repeatedly undercooked food even when requested well done. Bacon appears barely cooked most times. Cold fries every time. They’re terribly inefficient and most are rude. There’s too much using the register, wiping hands on clothes, then handling food without changing gloves, etc. Why would anyone pull chicken from a fryer basket with their hands? They do it here when they can’t find the tongs in the mess. It’s a circus without funnel cakes, unfortunately.

Terrible. Sitting at the window 15 minutes waiting for two shakes, while 5 teen boys messing around and doing nothing. Then after 15 asked us what we ordered like they never put it in. Never received order, had money refunded.
