They spent $4 on a bag and little tray thing, and the burger was still not fully covered as a to go order! And it took a day and half in the drive-thru to get it!

After spending 25 minutes waiting in line in the drive thru, with four screaming kids, we finally went inside to ask for a refund, since clearly the food was never going to arrive. I suspect the cow was still a calf.
They took so long deliberating and dragging their feet that we ultimately left without a refund or our food. We’re out $80 and it wasn’t even malice, it’s just their incompetence.
A typical child’s lemonade stand is run with greater efficiency. Avoid at all cost, unless you’re given the opportunity to do 1 more thing in this life. In that case order food from here - you’ll live forever while you wait.

We ordered the peppermint shake for $10 and the shake just was a chocolate shake which is a $5 shake there. It was very disappointing and the price difference for no difference in taste. We used to love shake shack and this left us feeling disappointed and we won’t be back for a shake.

Terrible service and sandwich . They were reluctant to accept the coupon (issued by Shake shack) that I was using. They then drastically restricted my choices with the coupon. They finally gave me a single shack. When I went home I saw that the meat was dangerously undercooked (see pictures). I dumped the sandwich. This poses a health risk and is highly immature. It was my first time at shake shack and will probably be my last.

I'm from Washington and I was exited to try a new place here in Ohio and unfortunately I was super disappointed 😞 the frys tasted like old fry oil that needed to be cleaned and the burger and bun were burnt. The burger sauce did taste good I must of just got a cook that was burnt out and taking it out on the burger lol.
