Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru for 3 burgers and a shake. Workers are on their phones, pointing and laughing at us waiting in the car. Absolutely ridiculous! Terrible service. Unreal!.

Had trouble getting them to understand my order at the speaker. Shroom burger was burnt. They didn't greet me at the window and when my food was ready they pretty much dropped it in my car window and walked away. Not my normal experience at this location. Over $18 after tax for the meal it would be nice for good customer service and a nice sandwich.

Food and shakes are delicious. This was our first experience and we will definitely make a return trip.
Food was pretty mediocre for how expensive it is. My order was messed up and they forgot the cheese sauce. Burger was pretty flat, dry, Fries were fresh at least but again missing what I paid for.
Just really pricey and not worth food wise.

I really want to like this place but good golly… $$$$$. What you get and what it costs is disproportionately wrong. $3.50 for a fountain drink that is the size of a small cup that you can’t easily refill because it has to be refilled behind the counter? $10 or more for a milkshake? It’s out of hand. Oh right… then they ask you for a tip. Unbelievable!

Drive-thru order. Over 25 minute wait. Got home to find burgers burnt to a crisp. Couldn't eat them. French fries were fine, that's why I gave a score of 2 instead of 1. Too late to return the order. Time to hire a new cook. Had a good experience before this incident.
