I give this location six months. It’s clear to me now why the parking lot is always empty. The service is comedically bad. We had to leave the first time because they were out of the food we wanted and it took forever just to find that out. We tried again a month later (last night) and did finally get our food but it took so long that we nearly left again but regrettably stayed only to receive mediocre food clearly not worth the wait. There was only one car in front of us and no one behind us. The inside was empty. There was no reason for it to take so long and the cooks had enough time to make the food right. The nuggets were completely overcooked, oily and burnt on the outside and dry on the inside. Really bad. The dipping sauce was enough for a mouse. The Five Guys around the corner is always packed and Shake Shack is always empty. It’s the quality and the service that clearly show why. The Shake Shack chain grew too fast and the mystique is now gone and they’ve become another subpar fast food restaurant. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

One car ahead at the drive thru and waited a while before the Order was taken. Ordered 10 piece chicken bites, Shrum Burger Fries and strawberry shake. Chicken bites absolutely greasy and dipping sauce was missing. I threw them out at Home. My better half had the Mushroom Burger not too bad and the fries. All in all for over 27$, I will not go back there. Better Places to eat around!

My burger was OK but the fries were under cooked but the big thing was they didn't give us our shake and I kept calling store to let them know and they never answer the phone. Was our first visit but will be our last. Terrible service and foods not worth the cost. Steak amd shake has equal quality burger for half the price. Atleast you get your shake there. Waisted $6 and no one cares to answer phone. Called 12 times and left message. Don't recommend

Honestly we have ordered from them multiple times and it’s always been good, we will not be returning customers after this last order. I ordered through Uber eats, so I won’t blame them for the fact that items were missing. But I will blame them for our burgers being wrong and seriously undercooked. That’s an unacceptable food safety issue. I am pregnant, and the food they served us was flat out dangerous.

Just witnessed dish washer walked towards the French fries station without gloves, grabbed few straight in his mouth.There was a soap sanitizer bucket 2-3 cm (yes, centimeters away) as it was closing time. I had the the order for my daughter who is 3 and just tossed it straight in garbage outside. There is no point in talking to staff when there is no sign of proper training.Shake shack Management - I am hoping you take this food review seriously. I own a small business, food establishment in downtown Columbus. I fully understand the aches, but something's cannot be tolerated in Food industry.Service

Food was fine but since you self order either online, the app, or their kiosks I think the staff forgets that someone needs to man the front. Me and another customer were waiting to pick up orders, and we waited like 5 minutes. Not because it was busy but because no one was up front. Not that no one saw us. The drive thru guy (I assume since he was wearing a headset) walked by twice and said nothing to us or other employees. Everyone else had their back to us, and one was watching someone chop something. Eventually someone noticed with a “have you been helped?” and handed me my food which was ready and sitting on a shelf. Hopefully online orders will be available for pick up at the drive thru soon so I don’t have to deal with a lack of front of house staff anymore.

Worst 14 dollars I have ever spent on lunch. Asked for a single cheeseburger with fries and small Dr Pepper. Received a cheeseburger with absolutely no toppings although menu clearly stated what comes on the burger, and a Diet Coke with no ice. Order of fries was half hot and half uncooked. Customer service is definitely lacking. Will not make the mistake of wasting my lunch hour on this place again!

The staff are exceptionally courteous and very helpful. Zach checked on us several times during our dining experience without being intrusive.Parking: Limited spots but seems to be enough to handle the customer load. Only one way in/out.Wheelchair accessibility: Very spacious dining area
