Yall give Trinity a raise! We have been several times to the new location and she is easily the best server we have had. She was attentive even though she was busy. Even when she didn't stop at the table I could see her looking to check on our table. she was freindly, prompt and kept the drinks full which is hard to do when you are so busy! She was super quick to handle a hair in the appetizer and replaced it immediately. As always we will be back and hopefully get Trinity again! Great food,Great drinks and now Great service!!!!

Great atmosphere, great service, great food!! I don’t even like pretzels but their deep fried pretzel is my favorite. Their wings are so good and they have every flavor you could want. You can also mix sauces and make any sauce extra hot! The best wing joint - the best part is that it’s family owned and family friendly. Can’t wait for patio season when they have live music and other events!

This place is a shining diamond in the roughness of the west side. We NEED Shakers to rise above the ashes. The owners go above and beyond to keep this place safe. To make this place a home away from home! Never once have I had bad customer service here. The community is sad, but we all have your back Spence!

Went for wing night during $1 power hour. Wings were amazing. Got flaming hot Cheetos and garlic parm. This place lives up to the hype.

This place is great. These folks are the nicest staff. Got the wings due to the great reviews and they didn't disappoint. I live on the east side of town and I wish we had a Shakers by us. Will definitely be back to see Jordan and Selena! 5 stars across the board!

My work friends come often for Power Hour after work and always have a great time. Garlic Parm wings will never disappoint!! Today, I take the time for this review to give a “newer” server a shout out!! John greeted our group of 8 with a smile an eagerness ❤️ within an hour our party turned to 11!! If any of you have ANY bartending/serving experience, you know even a six top can be overwhelming at some point during their stay. John was efficient, friendly, and very attentive ❤️I have worked in the service industry for 25 plus years so I do expect a certain level of service when I become the customer. This man genuinely likes his job, and is just an all around people person! Good job, Shakers!! Thank you and your staff for your continuous hospitality!

We’ve been coming here at least once, sometimes twice a week for their food and service. They do get busy quite a bit which is amazing if you ask me. It’s tough to sustain a small business, especially these days. You can tell the owner cares and try’s his best to make the place the best as it can be. (I’ve seen him every time I’ve been in, serving, cleaning messes etc) will definitely continue to keep supporting the place!

My wife and I were here last Friday for the artifax showcase featuring a number of bands including her brothers band beyond Neptune. I was very impressed with the way the staff was on top of things. We also had a late dinner she had the mini corn dogs and I had the smoke stack burger. Everything was amazing. And we would love to come back to this amazing bar.

My wife and I live over an hour outside of Columbus and with us both having the day off together we decided to make the hour and a half trip along with our two year old. I would make that drive time and time again for the quality of food and the exceptional service and hospitality we experienced today. We walked in through the outside seating area and checked the inside out. My only suggestion would be for a few more standard tables for families or those with children inside . There may have been more than I realized as it was lunch time and busy enough for the inside tables to be mostly occupied. Sitting outside was no issue for us and we enjoyed our lunch outside. We held a conversation with what I assume was a regular who gave us some recommendations on the menu. He was super nice to our two year old and I think overall the vibes and atmosphere is very friendly. We were waited on by Brooke who was on top of everything from the second we sat down.We started with two appetizers. The OG Pretzel and fried pickles. When people say “get the pretzel” it’s for a reason. The OG Pretzel is amazing, it’s buttery, salty it’s delicious!! I apologize for not having a photo of the pretzel on the fancy rack and tray they bring out as my two year old and wife tore into it before I could snag a photo. I was surprised by the quantity of draft beer options. I stuck with my go to Michelob Ultra which was served ice cold and crisp. The fried pickles were very good as well and the sauce which seemed like a spicey ranch was quite tasty. Now down to the wings. Not only are the wings reasonably priced but in comparison to the majority of restaurants these wings had some meat!! Not a single flat or drum lacked in size and they were worth every penny. My wife decided to go with boneless wings (aka chicken nuggets) and I went with traditional with the standard breading they apply to their wings. one order of Garlic Menace and an order of OG Buffalo. I also ordered a small order of smoked wings as well since it was Monday which were BBQ.Flavor flavor flavor!!! The Garlic Menace have to be the most flavorful wing sauce I’ve ever had. Didn’t skimp on the sauce they were extra wet just as I like my wings and the minced garlic provided so much flavor to the wings. The OG Buffalo were also very good with the right amount of heat but not too overwhelming. The smoked wings were also very good. They were not my personal favorite but would blow the competition out of the water. My wife even sampled both of my wings and wish she would have got traditional wings despite the fact she loved her boneless order. When I first sat down and talked with Brooke I had asked her if she was aware of the Facebook group (chicken wing connoisseurs or Columbus) and she knew all about it. I told her we had traveled a fair distance and she thanked us for making the trip. At the end of the meal when the bill came we were greeted by the owner Spencer who took the time out of his day from the back in the kitchen to thank us for coming and asked us how our experience was. I gave him my high praises and told him the CWCoC page had brought us all the way from our small town to Columbus. He was very down to earth and thanked us for coming in. I don’t think you’ll find that type of owner in most establishments.I’d just like to end this by saying I believe sometimes people want to knock the popular thing because it’s a way to be different. It’s a way to not follow the popularity of something. If you like wings. This is a must stop. Excited to travel another hour and half for some quality wings very soon!!Food 10/10Service 10/10Atmosphere 9.9/10

Kid-friendliness: Although this is a bar style or tavern location it was friendly and we felt like taking our two year old was not out of place.

Very interesting place and worth at least two visits. From my first visit I realized a few things: Traditional wings are really good. Are they best? No. The “boneless” wings we extremely disappointing. Service was very friendly, attentive, and speedy. Draft selection was better than expected. Worst part, for me and I’m a former smoker, it was very disgusting to walk through the outdoor dining/smoking area just to get inside. This place is a bar that serves food and not a restaurant.

If you don't know you gotta try it! Some of the best wings in the city. Unique flavors for their sauce and dry rubs. Very friendly staff happy to offer advice on trying things. The giant pretzel is magical!
