We got the perfect cake for our wedding with a couple extra sheet cakes. It was very affordable and delivered without any issues. They were super accommodating and flexible to work with us so easily. We got nothing but compliments on it from guests for how it tasted afterward. Thank you for all the help on a stressful "piece" of the big day!
I have bought slices of cake from SNPOC before and really enjoyed them, so I was excited to work with them for my 30th birthday cake. However, they missed the mark here.The lighter purple cake photo is the cake I received; the darker is the reference image I gave. It's fairly evident that the staff did not understand what they were looking at and they made a 3d sort of generic "gemstone" shape (which was also lopsided); I wanted a more 2d cake with the corners cut...
My husband and I were so happy with how our wedding cake turned out!! Short North Piece of Cake was extremely accommodating with our changes to flavor and quantities throughout our wedding planning process. We used our own cake stands and collaborated with staff to have a deconstructed cake with varying heights. We will definitely be using this bakery again in the future!
