RUDE! I would advise that you don’t tip until you actually receive your food. I prepaid with tip included for my food and when I went to the counter to get my food, they said it would be 5 more minutes. They watched me sit there in front of them for at least ten minutes without telling me my order was ready and who knows how much longer I would’ve been sitting there, had I not gone to the counter to ask. Went to dominos after to get my sons order and they welcomed me in with a smile and had my food ready
