this place makes you wait longer if you don’t tip. Charged 16$ for a pizza then makes you wait based on the tip amount you give them.

Several things are wrong here....

I ordered delivery only to call and ask about the delivery after waiting 40 minutes. I noticed the app had said the order was to be picked up. When I paid specifically for delivery.

The person told me he doesn't deliver. Only when I said I was going to cancel the order did a driver pop up out of nowhere magically. I work at a hospital. I can't leave in the middle of my shift to get lunch.

The chicken in the Alfredo is canned, bland and the pasta is too soft. Overall gross.

My salad had chicken so hard I could break a window with it. I couldn't tell if it was chicken or croutons at first. If that wasn't bad enough the salad bottom was drenched in water. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and didn't even have the option to get Caesar dressing. The ranch dressing was also watered down.

This meal cost $27 and he expected me to pick it up after paying for delivery. It's not even worth half of what I paid for it. Disgusting.

Best 2am pizza in Columbus! The staff is so friendly and let me borrow reading glasses to read the menu after not being able to see anything. Got the classic cheese and man, look at that pie! Very delicious and came out hot and fresh! 10/10!!

First time ordering here and I would definitely order again. I got the spaghetti with meat sauce and chicken fettuccine Alfredo, both very delicious. I ordered online from their website & picked up at my est. pick up time, it was very quick and easy.

The pizza is very bland it is cooked in an oven and that part is okay. I think if maybe you’re 21 and drunk it might be okay. Dine in is a crappy picnic table.

Really disappointed. I ordered online and stopped by at the time my order was ready, and the one worker was very disinterested in serving the customers, he was just making pizzas for 10 minutes while myself and another customer stood waiting for him to talk to us. He finally looked at me and goes “yes” in a very “what do you want” way, which I personally took offense to. I then told him my name, order, time for the order I was picking up, and showed him my email confirmation, to which he asks “what app did you order it on?” I told him I did it through the website, to which he asked the same question, to which I responded “the Scicilias website.” He bites back by pointing at the ipads by the register and saying in an annoyed tone “well there’s 3 websites” as he stomped off to the kitchen where he found my order. He lightly tossed it on the counter, didn’t say anything, and walked away without giving me my drink. The food was alright, nothing crazy but not horrible, but I was really pissed off to have been disrespected by a worker who I did nothing to upset. Really unfortunate stuff, hope other people don’t have a similar experience.
