Came to the door at 6:30pm on Saturday February 1, after dinner next door at Domo. No one inside and the sign said CLOSED, but then we saw two employees emerge from the back and we opened the door. When we asked about the sign the male employee smirked "Yeah... we're trying to keep it less busy..." Really? That's pathetic. If we didn't have an out-of-town guest with us who wanted to try rolled ice cream we would have walked out. They did serve us and the ice cream was decent, but silliness like this is why people don't bother coming out to the Short North.

I used to love simply roll , but today my experience was awful , we went there between 6:30 to 7 ,
No greetings or smile , they were so mad that we came there and made my icecream the tray was not clean , I even asked them that pls clean the tray it has syrups and cookie dough from previous batch but he didn't listen , hygiene was zero as well , my icecream was more like shaved icecream than rolled I paid 9 dollars for what ? I'm highly disappointed!!!!

I have a peanut allergy and asked if they are able to be make an allergy safe ice cream. Mallary who was so kind and very understanding said absolutely and did everything in order to make that possible! Unfortunately her manager made it very transparent in front of us that she was in the wrong. The ice cream was amazing but I am very disappointed with true way the manager treated her employee in front of us.

First time going to their establishment and divided from the moment we walked in myself and my niece she was excited to show me this place and experience it well ice cream is great yet your service manager was racist arrogant condescending and not answering questions when a person asks about items and how they're cut the service works

Without fail they are always close, even though they are suppose to be open til 10. It’s even worse when there are customers in line getting ice cream.
