I've had numerous unsatisfactory experiences with this restaurant. They consistently get orders wrong, such as sending chicken instead of beef, and today's PASTO & GRILLED GOAT looked like it had been reheated in a microwave, affecting the takeout container. the salad and lime which was in the container with the food were heated. I doubt the food was freshly cooked and the entire food looks unappetizing. I also ordered their suuban or caloleey. The portion size is not the best and they didn't prepare it well. It seemed like they sent me something someone was finished eating with. The only good thing about my orders and this restaurant is the halwad. Overall, this is not how a proper restaurant should operate, and this marks my last order from here.

I went into order and they didn't have anything ready. The food prices seem overpriced. You'll almost pay $20 for a lunch plate and just as much for dinner They also use the place as a banquet hall or party hall as well as they have clothing in the back for

The prices are way overpriced. When I went they didn't have all the food ready. The place is a banquet hall/ party hall/ clothing store the service they speak okay English. There is a little barrier there.

Delicious incredible food. I ordered delivery for lunch and it wasn't completely warm, but it was still very tasty.I got the chicken kk, sambusa, strawberry crepes and tea. The chicken kk came with a lime wedge, a drink and a banana. The chicken was tasty, flavorful and tender. The banana was perfectly ripe. The sambusa was the best I've ever head. Delicious chicken, slightly spicy and a wonderfully crispy wrap. Extremely reasonably priced, too. Highly recommend. The tea was incredible. I got mine with milk and it was still hot when I got it. It was absolutely wonderful. I can't wait to get more. The strawberry crepes were delicious and tender, but next time I won't get the strawberry sauce. It's just a store-bought sauce. It didn't take away from how nice the crepes were.I can't wait to take my family here. They're going to love it.Highly recommend this restaurant. Delicious food.

I've never heard of Fuul or Suqaar before, even though I've been to many Somali restaurants. Generally, I've had rice with goat and banana every time I've been at one. The ambiance here is of a former Greek diner dressing up as a Somali restaurant for Halloween, after hosting a wedding. The only people I saw, other than us, appeared to be Somali, which is always reassuring that the food is authentic. Service at Muslim businesses always tends to be top notch since hosting is such a large part of the religion and culture. I can't wait to come back here. For food, two of us ordered Fuul with Beef Suqaar, with tea and jabati, and the pescatarian of our party asked what on the menu was vegetarian and settled on a plate of veggies. We were informed that they were out of rice.First came out the three teas, then my food with three bananas on the side, then the other meat plate, then a plate of greens, cucumbers, and onions, then the vegetarian plate. Food was all delicious. We mushed the bananas into our dishes and used our fingers to pick up pieces of jabati, along with everything else, and put it into our mouths. Not sure if that's the proper way, but seemed legit. After we finished our meal, we walked around the little stores they have, and were impressed by the quality of the clothing and jewelry offered.
