I ordered Sloopy's Pancakes and a side of bacon online and then proceeded to wait 40 MINUTES on a non-busy day before they realized that my food was already ready. They then gave me the ice-cold food and moved on like nothing happened. I am severely upset with this establishment and will not be ordering again.

Pays employees minimum wage and doesn’t let them keep their tips. Pays $500 or so per month to the employee of the month, claiming that’s the sum of all tips.
I can build myself a better burger at any dining hall (yes the patties are basically the same as Scott of Kennedy). Food here just doesn't feel artisan.
