By far the worst burger I’ve ever eaten! I don’t know if it’s because it was the end of the night! I ordered a kids meal the fries were cold and didn’t receive the drink. The tenders were hot though. The burger tasted as is the meat was brown it was disgusting and very sloppy made

They made the burger of my dreams. Two patties with cheese, brisket, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions with lettuce, tomato, and avocado. Needless to say, I smashed this burger, oh and my smash tots too. They have gluten free bun for those who need it. Evan was an amazing help with getting my monster burger. The workers were great and the atmosphere too. I can’t wait to go again.

Decided to try smashburger today. The food was kinda disappointing, with really bland onion rings and a just-ok burger. The milkshake was pretty decent, but took like half an hour to make when it wasn’t too busy.
However, the staff are awesome and there’s a good vibe to the place! They were polite and quick with helping me place my order. Weren’t rude at all and kept me in the loop on my food.
Overall I’d say this location is ok. It has a great staff and atmosphere, but is lacking when it comes to the food. It has decent burgers, but the sides aren’t it. Be prepared for a wait if there are a lot of online orders
Wheelchair accessibility: It isn’t multiple floors, and doesn’t have too many obstacles (only tables/chairs) when navigating the floor
Food was fantastic! We walked in and there was not one staff member in sight and waited to be seen by someone for 10 mins. Food came out quick but also there’s 10 TVs loudly playing different stations and loud music from the kitchen and feels very overwhelming for 5
