Absolutely horrible experience. The staff at the register were horrible and not welcoming. when I walked up to the register, he didn’t even ask anything. He just stared at me until I started to order. He had an AirPod in and his pants were halfway down his legs. once I finished my order he didn’t ask for my name for my order or even give me a receipt and he walked away once his job was done and all that was left was for me to do was tap my card to pay. The restaurant then proceeded to lose my order as I waited 50 minutes for a burger and fries while people around me were getting their food. No one even thought to came up and check after making eye contact with countless staff. zero out of 10 experience would not recommend.

We got 2 burgers and a large fry. We ordered at 9pm on a Sunday. It was not super busy. Took 40 minutes to get our food. Fries were hard and cold, not to mention we ordered a large and it was not even halfway full. I had 2 small pieces of onion on my burger, barely any ketchup or mustard. Disappointed.

Terrible Experience. I went to order, it took 45 minutes for me to get my order for takeout. The young lady passing out people’s orders was more worried about playing with her phone. French fries were cold just sitting out. I will never go there again. I also will advise others.

We placed an online order for pickup, and when I went to collect it, they told me it had already been delivered, which was a lie. They didn't want to do their job and they didn't give me my money back. They stole from me, and on top of that, they treated me terribly.

I got a double smash burger, the rosemary fries and 2 large drinks and it was $20. The restaurant was really cool decorated in OSU
