Our server, Righteous, delivered prompt service to our large group. He was kind and courteous, and even took the time to talk to my 3 year old. He kept up on everyone’s drinks, never leaving us waiting with an empty glass. The food was delicious too. I would definitely recommend dining in at Smokey bones— ask to be seated in Rightous’ section!!

We stopped in for lunch. We intended to get an appetizer and lunch. We ordered the loaded fries for our appetizer. It had been a favorite of ours in the past. The fries came out cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted on our fries and it was missing the side of ranch. We decided not to order food. The service was terrible after getting our appetizer it took our server 30 minutes to come back and check on us. We were his ONLY table. They stood in the back talking to his coworkers the entire time. All around an awful experience.

I am beyond disappointed with our recent experience. We ordered take out for several items, and not a single one was prepared correctly. The turkey BLT came on plain, untoasted white bread with one tiny piece of turkey, one lonely tiny strip of bacon, and tomato—even though I clearly requested no tomato. It looked like something out of a toy kitchen tossed on a slice of bread. The salad came without cheese or dressing, the garlic bread was cold and completely untoasted, and the “two favorite” platter was a sloppy mess. The chicken breast was even pink inside, undercooked, and had no bourbon sauce at all.

This entire order was a disaster. I’m genuinely appalled that this food left the kitchen in that condition. It wasn’t just disappointing—it was laughable how poorly it was executed. We ended up throwing most of it away. We didn’t even eat dinner, and it completely ruined our night.

To make matters worse, we tried calling the takeout line twice to address the issue, and it just rang and rang—no one ever picked up. There was no way to get help or even speak to someone about the order.

We spent over $60 on what felt like a joke. I truly hope someone from management sees this and reaches out to make it right, because this kind of service is unacceptable and inexcusable. We will not be ordering from here ever again.
