This was the worst experience at a smoothie King that I ever had I ordered the açai bowl and I guess since it was the bottom of the tub that they scooped out it was icy in freezer burnt. I went back two minutes before they close and asked if I could get a refund the girl told me no And that if I could come back tomorrow, and I was unable to because I had work customer service the worst I’ve ever had in my life.

I stood and waited for a smoothie while two employees ignored me! One even went right past me and took her smoke break. I was ready to leave and say screw the post workout smoothie until the new employee notice me as she was clocking in and took my order and even apologized for her inconsiderate coworkers. I left her a nice tip (hopefully she agrees) and hope to have my drink made by her again. Didi if you see this thank you for your service and thank you for acknowledging me as a customer I will be back!

They didn't have a substitute for sugar that was a disappointment. I normally get my smoothies from Tropical smoothie however there was none in the area so I thought I'd check out Smoothie KING and I just wasn't thrilled about my smoothie. The lady taking my order wasn't all that friendly either. The lady making the smoothie was very friendly. The store was clean that's a plus. Not thrilled about my smoothie though. They need Splenda or another option for the sugar substitute. My smoothie was very sweet. I guess if you like drinking sugar then get you a smoothie from here. Dissatisfied thumbs down ?

Worst customer service ever! The ghetto white girl that sounds like she has a stuffy nose all the time is rude and very unpleasant. Called to ask about my pick up order and she cussed me out and hung up on me after telling me she was the nicest person I would ever meet. Definitely won't be going back. Who does that. I finally got to pick up my order a d it's the wrong order. I ask for a manager and it's the person that's hanging up on me and refusing to give me any answers over the phone! Why is this person in management??? Needless to say I am still without my smoothie I was given a strawberry one which I'm allergic and she tells me you get what u get ??‍♀️ I swear I will never go back to this location in life. And I was told via the "worst manager ever" I didn't have enough black girl energy..... Where is corporate.... I'll take the $12.47 loss but I definitely won't be disrespected
