The staff is great I literally come 4-5 times a week and they’re phenomenal I do my best to tip and if I can’t I always make it up to them the next time best location by far between this one and Polaris even though I live closer to Polaris I rather make the drive to this one keep it up!

I'm surprised this place was open on the 4th of July, but I'm very happy because I was craving a smoothie! Instead of having only one or two staff members, this location had several people working, so our wait time was A+. I ordered the High Intensity Veggie Mango smoothie and would rate it a 7/10 for flavor. I think the protein powder knocked the flavor down a bit, but the ingredients were healthy, so I was still pleased. They have lots of healthier snacks to purchase like Quest chips, trail mix, banana chips, etc. I snagged a bag of Quest chips while we waited. Very clean interior and friendly staff. When I checked in on Yelp, I got a $1 off coupon for a larger smoothie. I'll definitely be back to redeem it!

The staffs were very rude. They didn’t even greet us. May be they are too busy but I told them, ‘’Are you guys open’’? After the lady gave me smoothie, I said ‘’thank you’’, she didn’t even say, ‘’You are welcome’’.

Staff here are so rude. They didn't even greet us. They seem to be blunt towards brown people. They seem racists to me. After the lady gave us smoothie, I said thank you, ''she didn't even say ''you are welcome''. They need to learn good and unbiased customer service to all races.

This smoothie king is my go to location. They make my go to drink just right 99% of the time. My only complaint is that they are not always quick enough. I waited my entire lunch break in the drive thru line today and there were only 3 cars. I understand if they were short staffed though I can completely empathize with that but I’m not sure if that was what was going on or not. If they improve their wait times it would be 5 stars!

I'm a big fan of Smoothie King, but I feel like the service and quality has degraded at many locations in the recent years; not here! I have started driving out of my way to come to this location in particular. I pretty much stay with the same smoothie, which is the Chocolate Gladiator, and I add peanut butter and banana. When I come to this location, the service is always good, the line in the drive through moves at a good pace, and most importantly my smoothie always comes out correct and consistent. I've never had an issue at this location. Definitely recommend!
This smoothie king is the only smoothie king in central Ohio that knows how to make a smoothie. It is perfect every time I go with so much flavor. The one on polaris makes runny smoothies that have no flavor. This smoothie king has been consistent and delicious for years! keep up the good work!
