This has nothing to do with the workers, they are doing the best they can do under the circumstances. They are severely understaffed, only 3 people working during one of the busiest seasons for this type of work. The one guy is literally running in and outside delivering orders to their cars as well as taking orders for the people inside. No reason why a 50 million dollar company can’t afford to staff their stores at a livable wage.

This is my favorite smoothie king. There’s a drive through and my drink is the 20oz mango ginger metabolism boost for $7.29 (18g of protein). I’ve been doing a weekly, 3-day liquid fast for the last 2.5 months. I’ve primarily been drinking this smoothie and water. I’ve lost 55lbs so far with very light walking. It’s been incredible! I know smoothie king has a reputation for being sugary but it’s been working for me. I’ve been struggling with IBS, acid reflux, headaches, stomach aches. This smoothie makes me feel so energized and healthy.

I came on this morning and explained that the app charged me for a order that stated it didn't go through the guy stated no problem and he would remake my order. There was a young blonde who made my order and stated she made too much and asked if I wanted the extra.. sure. Once outside and tasted the smoothie was very watered down and had no flavor.. this is the only smoothie I order so I know exactly how it should taste. I came back through the drive thu and him know. Once the window was close they became discussing and point at me. He then attempted to hand me a much smaller version of my order. I responded this is the wrong size and cup. He closed the window. I then came into the store Noone side a word. The blonde put a cup on the counter and walked away. I stood there. She stood the guy the cup was mine. He then told me.. I mentioned is was in the wrong cup and asked for the correct cup. He sat the cup down and tossed the lid. I transfered my drink and left... I am extremely disappointed in today's interactions

Ordered the Keto Champ Cold Brew from the drive through. Not sure how long it had to sit after it being made for it to become slush floating in the middle of some watered down cold coffee, but we were waiting at the drive through window for a while. Not terribly impressed.

2 people working- neither are wearing a headset for the drive thru order: only a few guest inside (all of who have been helped) so no reason why one can’t take orders for the inside and outside. No sign to advise customers either. Sat in the drive thru for 10 mins and then went inside. After ordering my food, I try to pay with a $100 bill and he says he can’t take it. No sign on the counter to or anywhere for that matter to tell customers that they don’t take that high of a bill. Absolutely lazy people these days! Quit hiring idiots to work. I realize no one in this economy want to work anymore but do yourselves a favor and try not hiring idiots who don’t have any business working in customer service!!!!!!

Had to wait 20 minutes for 2 smoothies. There were 3 workers, 2 of them wanted to clean while the 3rd was taking care of the walk ins and drive through. They were cursing at each other, raising their voice, acting like we didn’t exist, and super rude. They got our order wrong TWICE. This location had definitely gone downhill.

Just went there yesterday and the worker with his uniform on assaulted me and I am pressing charges. I have everything recorded and the worker was so rude and kept slamming the window and so I told the guy that if he’s gonna act like that just from taking my money I don’t need anything here and asked for my money back and he refused to give it to me at first but then as soon as he gave my back my money he came outside to fight me and then after spitting on me and hitting me and tells me to leave and I’m not going to because I wanted to police to get there but their co workers just watched and then after 5 minutes of getting punched and spit at the other worker guy said “you should care about your job I’m your roomate” and so I’m just pressing charges because not one person stepped in to stop him and just watched… video on social if you’re interested in seeing how this smoothie king experience turned horrible

Worst service I've ever received here the woman who took our order was rude the guy working with her made our order wrong they both went to back couldn't see them in store while in drive thru I tapped on window a couple times she rolled her eyes I said the order was wrong so the guy working eventually comes back out remakes them and I tried to thank him he also was rude handed them to us shut the window rolling his eyes. I won't be back for a while do better.

I use to come here every Sunday but now not this c in my in a EinrnkemremeujI will never come here again. I was here Sunday 12/8/24. The worst customer service + they made me the worst two smoothies ever. I took a sip and threw both smoothies away. I like smoothie king but this location is trash. I advice never come here again
