Ordered the Keto Champ Cold Brew from the drive through. Not sure how long it had to sit after it being made for it to become slush floating in the middle of some watered down cold coffee, but we were waiting at the drive through window for a while. Not terribly impressed.
Found shards of plastic in my smoothy. Can’t help but wonder if I also swallowed some.

2 people working- neither are wearing a headset for the drive thru order: only a few guest inside (all of who have been helped) so no reason why one can’t take orders for the inside and outside. No sign to advise customers either. Sat in the drive thru for 10 mins and then went inside. After ordering my food, I try to pay with a $100 bill and he says he can’t take it. No sign on the counter to or anywhere for that matter to tell customers that they don’t take that high of a bill. Absolutely lazy people these days! Quit hiring idiots to work. I realize no one in this economy want to work anymore but do yourselves a favor and try not hiring idiots who don’t have any business working in customer service!!!!!!

Had to wait 20 minutes for 2 smoothies. There were 3 workers, 2 of them wanted to clean while the 3rd was taking care of the walk ins and drive through. They were cursing at each other, raising their voice, acting like we didn’t exist, and super rude. They got our order wrong TWICE. This location had definitely gone downhill.

Just went there yesterday and the worker with his uniform on assaulted me and I am pressing charges. I have everything recorded and the worker was so rude and kept slamming the window and so I told the guy that if he’s gonna act like that just from taking my money I don’t need anything here and asked for my money back and he refused to give it to me at first but then as soon as he gave my back my money he came outside to fight me and then after spitting on me and hitting me and tells me to leave and I’m not going to because I wanted to police to get there but their co workers just watched and then after 5 minutes of getting punched and spit at the other worker guy said “you should care about your job I’m your roomate” and so I’m just pressing charges because not one person stepped in to stop him and just watched… video on social if you’re interested in seeing how this smoothie king experience turned horrible

Worst service I've ever received here the woman who took our order was rude the guy working with her made our order wrong they both went to back couldn't see them in store while in drive thru I tapped on window a couple times she rolled her eyes I said the order was wrong so the guy working eventually comes back out remakes them and I tried to thank him he also was rude handed them to us shut the window rolling his eyes. I won't be back for a while do better.

I use to come here every Sunday but now not this c in my in a EinrnkemremeujI will never come here again. I was here Sunday 12/8/24. The worst customer service + they made me the worst two smoothies ever. I took a sip and threw both smoothies away. I like smoothie king but this location is trash. I advice never come here again

I passed through the drive thru and some man answered but he was mumbling and did not want to repeat himself when we told him kindly that we did not understand what he was saying. We pulled up to the window to talk to someone but we were ignored for five minutes until the same person finally came to tell us the system wasn’t working. However we were not in a rush and we were unsure if it was just the drive thru system that’s wasn’t working , and we saw there was a group of men inside waiting for their drinks and the workers were making smoothies, so we decided to go inside. Once we got inside, the supervisor(?) asked us if we had a mobile order or needed to order. We told him we needed to order so he told us to go the front register. Once we got there, we were ignored for about 10 minutes while the employees were laughing. No one said anything until another pair of customers came in and they told us all the printers weren’t working and they couldn’t make drinks. However, they were still making drinks for the group of guys that had been there the whole time. I just feel like there was favoritism at play or in order to prevent us from bothering the employees or customers wasting their time, there should have been a sign on the door or they could have locked the door. But it felt they were picking and choosing who they were serving. At the end of the day, it’s just a smoothie, however I just feel like clear communication and a friendly attitude could have made everyone’s lives easier!! :)

My friend and I come here weekly and I love their smoothies. The staff is nice and they have a couple places to sit and chat inside

The last handful of times I have been to this smoothie king location in Hilliard have all been extremely disappointing. Ive been coming to this place for a decade and something has definitely changed with the service recently. We've gotten the wrong smoothie each time, it hasn't been in the correct cup, the service is very slow and the smoothies have been watery. Ive seen a lot of turnover at this place over the years but this is by far the worst staff they've had. We are going to start going to the Dublin Smoothie King location because the smoothies and their exceptional service is well worth the longer drive.
