It's usually really good. Slow AF today. Took 15 mins for 3 cars ahead of us to move to get up to speaker. Speaker not loud enough. Person couldn't hear us.
Said we couldn't swap protein in the gladiator. Just because we wanted all the other ingredients. Lol. And then sat at the window for 20+ minutes. Which even after she took our payment, comes back 5 mins later to ask what we had. Still waiting. Got in line at 6:45, and its 7:19 now. We have food to pick up at another restaurant at 7.

I’ve got to say, this is by far one of the worst Smoothie Kings I have ever visited. The service is usually trash because the workers hate their jobs.
The smoothies are a hit or miss; there is a significant variation in the taste and quality of the smoothies they prepare ( I get the same thing no matter which location I go to, and they never taste the same and usually not in a good way).
Additionally they are renowned for leaving out ingredients which is especially infuriating when you pay extra for extra ingredients.
Most recently I ordered a smoothie that is always green unless I add blueberries to it, in which case it turns purple. In this case I had ordered the added blueberries but they handed me a smoothie that was green.
When I told the guy they didn't add the blueberries (that I paid for, mind you), he tried to tell me that they were in there ( they weren’t)…
The Gahanna location is better.

I’ve gotten the same smoothie from here for years, but recently it’s been so watery and bitter. I keep trying it again to see if it’s changed, but it’s just inedible now.

This is probably my least favorite Smoothie King I've been to. It's close to my work which is why I go here for lunch. The people who work here are not friendly. I get the same thing every time and it always tastes different here.. I've also paid for extras and have gotten my smoothie without them. I added fruit once and the color was clear that they weren't in there when I paid the extra. Other locations are consistent in flavor every time. Other locations also have more friendly staff. Not my favorite I would not recommend this one. Perhaps this location needs new management judging by other reviews here.

I go to this location about once per week. Usually it’s busy but I still get through the drive through in decent time. Yesterday I waited 30 minutes ( as cars were behind me). They were busy and working hard. But when I got to the window they put my smoothie by the window and preceded to help countless other people while I sat at the window with it waiting for 10 minutes. Then politely was handed my melted, warm smoothie I continued to pay $10 for. They should be thought a different method of drive through service.
Are the leaders ever at this location? I’ve asked for 2 days in a row to speak with a manager when I went in and she’s never there. There’s always poor scheduling. There was 1 person there during a promo and he couldn’t keep up. What kind of business operates like this. The leadership here should be ashamed of themselves and take some trainings on proper scheduling
