Always a problem at drive-through. Second time same bad experience first time the app didn't work so they didn't get my order so I had to wait this time. They're having a problem with their drive-through equipment. I'm waiting outside. The girl said she'd bring the order to me because I am handicapped and I've been waiting here over 10 minutes,

I’ve been to this location twice, the one in Dublin twice and the one in pickerington once. I’ve ordered the same thing (pumpkin coffee, pumpkin d lite and vanilla gladiator) and I’ve gotten something different each time. My kids and I just recently started coming to smoothie king as of like 2 weeks ago. We loved it so much the first time we kept coming back but todays purchase disappointed us. My 6 year old started crying when we drove away because he said his smoothie didn’t taste anything like the first one. I tasted it and it tasted like blended up ice and immune enhancing powder. My oldest son got a vanilla gladiator and was told he had to add fruit or vegetables to it. The first and second time he wasn’t told that. He liked it the first and second time. He was displeased this third time. My pumpkin coffee was uhhmazing the first time and second time. This time it tasted like pumpkin and ice blended together with nothing else. We need consistency within the locations. I feel like I need to drive to Dublin or pickerington moving forward.

I had a great experience at this Smoothie King. The staff is great and the service is quick which is great because I'm always in a hurry. I'm very impressed with the freshness of the fruit in the smoothie bowls. I'm a fan for life!

I always try to come to this Smoothie King location but every time I go there it is a bad experience. The wait is always much longer than the estimate and the staff are unfriendly. For the price the experience should be much better.

Sunday I placed an order online using the smoothie king app. They didn’t have the base for the smoothie bowl. I was never refunded back for the order I didn’t get. I also sent and email to smooth king support team and got no reply.

This is the worst smoothie king I’ve been to on a consistent basis and it’s not even close , 99% chance your smoothie will be complete liquid and depending on what smoothie you get they will add ice to make it blend easier which dilutes the flavor , hopefully they will get better over time I know there relatively new so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt

Don't bother ordering through the app. They will make your order after they finish with all the drive thrus. My order was done 30 minutes after the pickup time. Made me late for work.

I will never order from this location again. 2 weeks ago, I sat in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes, just to be told that they were only taking online orders or orders through the app. Today, I placed an order via the app, waited in line for 10 minutes, just to be told that my order that I paid for via the app, was not prepared because of some type of ticketing system issue. I was told that employees don't know how to make smoothies without a ticket so because my paid order via app didn't produce a ticket due to system issues, I couldn't receive my order. I then asked for a refund and was told that they were unable to do so. I asked for a manager, they said a manger was not on duty and to cancel my order via the app to try and get a refund that way. I pulled the app up and asked where do I request a refund. Through laughter from the employees, they told me that they don't know. This is completely unacceptable and not okay by any means. So I've spent the past hour sending emails to Smoothie King in an attempt to get a refund for my paid order that I did not receive. This is the epitome of bad business.

My order was late and when I got it my cup had smoothie dripping off of it and it wasn't a full 20 ounces,more like 9.5 Oz. I'll keep going to the Hillard location where they take pride in doing their job.

Ryan porterfield has excellent customer service skills, smoothie king this gentleman deserves a pay raise for his efforts. I will be back to enjoy the establishment is clean too!

I ordered a smoothie and the chocolate almonds I did not receive my almonds and the smoothie had solid ice at the bottom.
