Delicious Açaí bowls. I normally get the cocoa haze one and I'm satisfied each time. There been a couple time though where I'll order first and then they'll completely skip my order and serve the people who ordered after me.

I had a friend of mine stop at this location and grab me a yogurt, delight with sweet strawberries, and when the smoothie was brought to me, it tasted like it had coffee in it. GROSS! This is NOT what it is supposed to be. I tried to call the store and the number provided on Google went straight to voicemail so I couldn’t even call them to let them know. This is BULLSHIT!

I’ve come here about 5 times, and have had an issue three times. Granted these were all within the first year of opening. Their phones also still don’t work after a year and a half of being open. We drive to the Worthington location if we want a smoothie.

I went to the Graceland location. Wanted a Smothie Bowl but was out of Strawberries & Bananas. So ordered a Caribbean Smothie. The Smoothie was terrible! Had chunks of I've in it and really thin like drinking a glass of juice. I poured it out. Will not be going back to this location!

So I give this location a 5 Star because I come here all the time but the 1 Star for service because of the person taking my order this time . It made me sick to the point I couldn't drink my smoothie . The person that took my order was disgusting he smelled like he hasn't showered in weeks I could smell underarms bad and he was wearing a dirty face mask it completely ruined my appetite and if he is there next time I come in I'll just leave . Usually its girls that take my order and they are always awesome and sweet and polite and professional I hope this person doesn't work there long ..
