Honestly, the food I just got was a joke. A sonic blast with all the ingredients sitting on the top, cold cheese sticks ..... Honestly, cooking fast food isn't very hard and this was embarrassing for them.

Every time I go here for my lunch break, it’s either an insane wait, someone who does not speak english and gets my order completely wrong and when I ask for something simple like ketchup they do not know what I am asking for. On multiple occasions I have been turned away saying they aren’t not taking orders until their manager is there to fix something that is not my problem. And when I actually do get what I ordered the sandwich is never made properly and the fries are the same amount no matter what size you get. This whole location needs a rework.

EDIT: YOURE SORRY? I ate raw chicken I payed for raw chicken! And that’s all you have to say “sorry that you disappointed me?” Im gonna need a check for the emotional damages as well as the inevitable sickness I’m going to have. I work in food service and this is NOT okay DO BETTER. Original post: I’m truly horrified I ate RAW CHICKEN here today without realizing it and when I noticed I almost cried I feel so gross and disgusting.
