I've never had an good experience with any sonic but this trip today was absolutely horrendous. I genuinely can't comprehend how any Sonic's are still in business. Today not only did we not receive half of the order that we paid for but the part that we did receive was made incorrectly.

Although I did enjoy the girl at thr window she was very nice and welcoming. She also was busting her tail to make sure ice creams were made fresh and not just sitting ahe made it while I was at the window which I liked. But when I got my dill tots the box was mainly crumbs only a couple solid tots. Rest crumbs . Lack of caring in the kitchen when preparing order from kitchen.

I did online order and pressed the red button multiple times and was never attended. A truck got here after me on the final press of the button and they were attended first. I then decided to go to the drive through after 10 minutes of waiting.

Horrible service. Had to wait over 30 min for melted slushies!!! Won’t come here ever again!!! And when we tried calling, and it said “no one is able to answer the phone, goodbye”… we pressed the red button for help & no one answered. We got through the drive thru line, the girl made us wait another 5 minutes and said “give me a moment”. So I drove through the drive thru line and the girl said “yeah I just went to the stall right now” and I replied “yes. I was waiting there 30 minutes” and she didn’t even apologize or anything.
