This location apparently does not open at 8am. I sat at the speaker, I sat at the window, and I called. Not a single employee was there. I saw another customer leave as well.
Had the sonic double cheeseburger and fries. the sandwich was hot fresh loaded with toppings. The fries were hot and crispy, but for some reason we're greasy. Definitely will try this again. Great value for the amount of food.

Today was the worse day ever to come here. Deive thru person rude. Person taking my order couldn't get it right for nothing. Wanted to do an order at kiosk so that way I would know if it was correct of course they only doing drive thru. Why they have the one u can park at I have no idea. Wanted to do order online of course number 13 wasn't on the app. So had to go to drive thru. Where of course order was taken wrong. Then driver thru girl actually had the audacity to had me my drinks with soda all over it leaking. Then got upset cause I asked for paper towels. I'm sorry I dont want soda all over my cup holders or dripping all over my car. She may want a dirty car. I dont. Then said here's these n shut the window. Did not twll me if that everything or what. Better common sense and customer service is needed. N if they hate having us give our orders and can't take it right. Then make sure the app has everything.

Absolutely nuts. The place has a drive-through and they only service DoorDash or online orders. I don’t have time to download your stupid app nor will I waste money ordering DoorDash when I am sitting in your drive through. YOU NEED TO MAKE THAT CLEAR ONLINE!

I’m an Uber driver. Instructions on the app to go to the stall and press the button and they will bring it out to you. I press the button and she told me to go to the drive-through. I explained to her that the app instructions says park of the stall. She said “well too bad you have to”. I was shocked that she talk to me like that. Because I was just explaining to her what was going on. I pushed the button again and she would not answer after that. Reason this is a problem. This location did this last time. At other locations, if you go to the drive-through and Wait in line they’ll tell you to go to the store even though you just waited 10 minutes in the drive-through. This is the only Location that won’t walk out to you. I got to the drive-through window, Katieolyn, Katie Lynn, Katie something first lied to me and said she wasn’t the one I talk to at the stall, but she knew exactly what I was talking about and it was her voice. I tried to explain how it’s a waste our time and prolongs delivery time for the customer. If they don’t follow, the instructions that corporate has placed on the Uber app for them. She proceeded to get an attitude with me and was doing that thing where you roll your eyes while laughing at someone. I did record this entire interaction, including at the stall. I don’t know why people are allowed to treat others like and keep their jobs.

I did a mobile order 20 minutes before arriving to the place and in the place I had to wait 20 minutes more. I called them through the machine 3 times to let them know that I was there waiting for the order. They never say sorry or something like that... horrible place.

Time and time again this location just rolls out the hits. Been to this location dozens of times the last couple years and never had a bad experience. Today was no exception, love this store!

They messed up the order and were rude. Never going back to this particular restaurant. I have had good food from sonic and I even worked at one grand opening in Florida. I know that they have good food 😋 but they really dropped the ball at this location.
