terrible location turned me away in a storm because they only do “doordash orders “ which makes no sense. it was also a slushie i’m not sure how that affects anything. wouldn’t go to this location.

I had my wife's nephews with us and they had never been to sonics before because of where they live. We kept telling them about that feature that you pull up and order and you couldn't even do that for some reason that day. We could have went to any other drive-thru but specifically went there because of that feature... bummer 😕

ordered foot long chili dog thru drive thru they wouldn't take orders any other way ,INCONVENIENT!! then they really were stingy with the chili plus it was advertised to be on special but I was charged full price very disappointed

It’s worthless to order on their app. It won’t let you check in and then they make you sit in the drive through anyway to pick it up. Go anywhere else.

They have good food but they need help here. The wait time is super ridiculous. No way if I do a mobile order everyone in the drive thru should get serviced before I get my order. Hire more people or fire the slackers and get good workers.

Don't waste your time after waiting in the curbside for 15 minutes, they tell us drive thru only. After another 25 minute wait in the drive thru they say we are cash only is that OK. No it was not OK and why didn't they atleast have a sign so customers with better things to do than wait in line for nothing dont waste their time. Completely unprofessional this would have been mine n my children's first time at sonic amd now we will never have it. This location ruined sonics name for us.

Waited 20 minutes at the outside order stall to order the food. Ended up ordering online because it was taking so long. Attempted to tell them we were at stall 22 so we could eat at the picnic tables and again waited for a long time for a response. Had to go through the drive thru then to pick up my order because they wouldn’t respond.

I've worked out the customer service industry for over Thirty years this was the worst service In a fast food place , It did not ask to wait a minute.Sat there for forty five minutes waiting To place my order.Food was horrible for that long.Never again was my first time in my last time

Do better with your drive thru service it is ridiculous!!!! I sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes!!!!! Most of the customers drove off!

Worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant. I pulled up to the drive thru and my greeting was…. “We’re only taking door dash orders”. I asked if I could order a drink and she said “nope “. I’ll never go to a Sonic again in my life.
