I didn't get a receipt, then after I got home ate my fries, and 1/4 of my sandwich the meat wasn't cooked done, the hamburger was pink in the middle. I took the food back requesting a refund, the mgr was this Asian lady who was rude, wouldn't refund my money or give me the general mgr info and number and the corporate number. She refused and went to serving the customers in the drive through. Totally unprofessional, whom ever is her General mgr she needs retrained on customer service and satisfaction. I will never go to another Sonic ever. All these fast food restaurant have went terribly down when it comes to quality of the food and customer service.

Weren’t taking orders at the stalls for some reason so told us to go to the drive thru, drive thru moved 2 car places in 10 mins (partly due to one car getting out of line). Awful service. Food wasn’t even hot either and ended up waiting for close to 45 mins.

I have visited this location on and off for the last 10 years. I went through the drive thru a few weeks ago and for the last time. I swear every time I go there is a problem and here we go again. This time their system is down it'll be 20 minutes or so before they can take orders well I was on my lunch break so I went back to work hungry, the time before that cash only after waiting behind 4 cars so I pulled off, another time there were 2 cars in front of me waited for like 20 minutes and no one ever moved so I left just wasting gas and time what a joke, employees never seem to care, another time got my food and the order was wrong so I exited my vehicle and knocked and then was told I'd have to wait in line again to get my order changed I wasn't doing it so left again unsatisfied and I think they have good food on the rare occasion they get it done right. I never have problems like this with other nearby restaurants look at the Chick Filet right next door its always packed and has great service this Sonic is in a great location but is always dead and its not surprising it has been poorly run for many years. The first Sonic in Central Ohio opened in Whitehall in February 2006 which is now demolished and might I add there were 20 Sonics by 2012 in Central Ohio and the service was so bad at all of them there are only 3 left. Its not at all surprising I really wish they would get their act together but I don't think its ever gonna happen. Sonic you have dissapointed us all around Central Ohio.

I JUST left this location on 1-9-2025 at 5:20 pm. My husband place a order for food and drinks at which the cashier got the order of drinks wrong. Once he mentioned it to the woman she act offended as if she didn't want to correct the order and went to get I assume her manager a Asian lady. Then my husband told the manager that they gave him the wrong flavor drink for the size he ordered we then learned they also charged him for the wrong size as well. So he paid additional for the correct size and waited for his new order. Once he received the new drink he realized AGAIN that they didn't give him the flavor drink that he CLEARLY asked them for. He informed them AGAIN of their mistake and their attitude was really nasty with him in how she handed him the drink. He decided to show them grace and told them to have a blessed day at which he got no reply back. We won't be visiting back here for a while. We are regular customers and no one has ever treated us like this before so maybe everyone is frustrated or something but that was not cool at all how they treated us

Drive through worker was so rude over the intercom, handed us our slush, straws, receipts and my card in one hand and dropped it all out the window and onto the ground. Didn't acknowledge that everything was dropped and had spilled, and proceeded to just hand us the rest and say have a good night. Also would not acknowledge when we stayed at the window and tried to get her attention to ask for a new one. When she did finally pay attention to us, she seemed angry to remake the slush, gave it to us without saying a word, and stared us down as we drove away. super hostile and uncalled for.

Always have a good experience at this Sonic. Very quick Drive-Thru and all employees have been friendly. I go past this area very frequently and stop for lunch here on a regular basis. The Frito's Chili Wrap and Pretzel w/Cheese is so Good! Also, I wanted to leave a review for the Sugar Cookie Dr. Pepper, it is literally sooooo Good! Also, the Route 44 size is AWESOME 😊 Also, I don't usually write reviews, but have had such Great Service here, wanted to leave a review. Highly Recommend this Sonic Restaurant, 5 ⭐️

Oh yeah I totally forgot to review this place last week I remembered because I was craving a burger then remembered how last week I got the most disgusting cold burger with basically rawish old bacon on it that I waited 15 minutes for in a drive through from sonic on e broad and now I don’t even want a burger 😊

I haven’t had Sonic much since I was a kid and decided to come with my boyfriend. The wait-time was good and my order was taken fairly quickly. The lady on the speaker was kind and patient and the lady at the window was the same. The service and atmosphere was wonderful and the food came out quickly. The food wasn’t anything to write home about, but the mozzarella sticks and coney dog was good. Overall a wonderful experience.

This place is amazing they even have a little person running the drive through, he’s the funniest little guy I every known and he gives a amazing costumer experience, look he even has a bunch of hotshots in his hands silly goose you can eat all those hotdogs 😁
