FOOD SAFETY WARNING
Picked up a delivery order the other day. They handed me a shake with an exposed top. The hole on the top isn't small either. I asked for a sticker to put on the top. They giggled and said no as they closed the drive thru window. I let the customer know and sent them the picture. The customer was upset about it as well.
The approach and reaction about food safety has my really concerned and it has me wondering what other shortcuts they're taking inside with the food. Because of what I experienced and how they reacted, I'll never order food at Sonic again.
I'm writing this warning to let everyone know. If you get sick after eating this food, then there's a reason for it.

On Sunday I went to this fine establishment after driving home from Cleveland. I spent almost $60 for tons of food to be missing. I walked to the front to tell them where I was met with the rudest young manager who said there’s nothing I can do deal with the app. What do you mean there is nothing you can do. Fix the problem where she said it’s cold and slammed the door in my face and walked away. I have never been treated so poorly. I contacted the “app” where they offered me $10 gift card for my inconvenience. Umm no I want refunded for the huge amount of missing items. Inconvenience is for getting napkins and sauce. Whole drinks and meals is half my order. Adding a door being slammed in your face is a whole new set of self restraint I have never felt before. DO BETTER

second time i’ve gone here where the sonic blasts are nothing but vanilla ice cream except for the little bit they put on top to make it seem like there’s stuff in it.
Delicious breakfasts available. Great customer service.
An employee came to our car to verify our order, she apologized because their computer system had issues.
Things sometimes go wrong. She handled the problem, kept us informed, and quickly got the correct order to us.

Please, look/listen to the quantity and kind of condiments ordered by customers. Every time I order from here I receive condiments I didn’t ask for, and never the correct amount of the ones I do. It’s frustrating y’all!

Just came thru there at 1030 pm and order 2 Oreo cheesecake master shakes and they are so runny it’s insane I thought Sonic’s shakes were known for collapsing the straw ? This was no way shape or form doing that I could drink it like milk through a straw ….. milkshake does not mean milk!

I got an Oreo Cheesecake shake from the Drive-Thru. I drove away and took a sip, and the shake was absolutely disgusting. My wife tried it and spit the shake out, then almost threw up in the car! We think that maybe an ingredient was expired or the milk that they had used in the shake went sour. My wife and son both ordered Sonic Blasts, which were fine. We turned around and went back to the Drive Thru to get a new shake. We let them know the issue, and they replaced the shake with no questions asked (got a regular Oreo instead this time). However, they told me that their customers just don't like the taste of the cheesecake. If your customers are telling you that something is wrong with the cheesecake... there's something wrong. I LOVE cheesecake and have had this shake at other locations and it's always been great. They acted upset that I had come back and asked for a new shake, and when they gave me the new shake they seemed to be irritated. I won't be back to this location.

It is very fast and efficient ordering off their app. Our hamburgers are always cooked to perfection. On nice days we like to eat at their outdoor seating. I always give our server a tip for good service! Other times we take our food & go to one of the parks on the area to eat.

It was pretty fast but they messed my order up twice i didn't even go back to get it fixed after the second time because there was already two other people that had to pull up and get their order fixed as well. Annoying I paid for extra chili and most of of the tater tot's are plain and my limeade is the wrong flavor 🙄🙄

I frequent this location and I felt compelled to write a review about how consistently pleasant their employees are. They are so nice and it seems genuine which is even better. My order is always correct and I will definitely keep coming back :)

My hot dog was uncooked and the cheese and chilli dripped all over the bag so I had to eat a soggy undercooked hot dog with nothing on it becuse it was all over the bag
