I always make the decision to have breakfast there but I was disappointed when I went to pick up an order and the girl at the window spoke to me rudely and only because I didn't give her my name into the microphone, which I actually did, but no one heard me and I made the decision to go to the window to see what was happening and the truth is I was in a bad mood and I just said to her why are you making me turn around if I'm already here and she closed the window on me and the truth is that the afternoon shift has poor service.

Ordered the strawberry fusion fizz with the sonic smasher, fries, and groovy sauce. Aside from the card reader on the menu board not working everything was great! Food was fresh and delicious and the staff was friendly and quick. I’ll be back!

Giving this place a low rating particularly due to the way I was treated here tonight. I came through the drive through at about 9:30PM with my 2 kids and husband. I ordered a strawberry shake, an M&M sonic blast, and 2 ice cream CONES in a cup. Let me emphasize that when I placed my order for the 2 cones in a cup, the speaker in the drive-through literally repeated back my order “you want 2 cones in a cup, correct”? I confirmed yes. Ok cool. We pull around to the window where the woman hands me my order. I immediately noticed I received 2 vanilla cups with no cones. Ok, no big deal. They forgot the cones. I politely explained to the woman that I ordered 2 cones flipped down inside a cup. She immediately displayed a very disrespectful look on her face & began shaking her head no and proceeded to close the window in my face. Then I saw her through the window explaining to another worker the issue. I saw the other employee make a sour face and then she came to the window very defensive stating “you SAID icecream in a cup”! Ma’am first of all, I know for a fact I said CONES because for one thing, my kids only eat their ice cream that way. You also REPEATED the cone order back to me. Second, let me give you a tip or two about customer service. NEVER EVER argue with a customer about what YOU THINK they said. Just because YOU didn’t “hear” me say cones (which makes no sense being that you literally repeated the word “cone” back to me while taking my order) Doesn’t mean that I didn’t say it. That was extremely unprofessional. Then she proceeds to say “We don’t sell cones anyway”. Ok. WHY COULDN'T you LEAD with that?! What was the purpose in arguing with me about what you THOUGHT I said, if you never even had cones in the first place? So then I proceeded to tell this 2nd lady that the first woman handled my inquiry very disrespectfully by shaking her head, and closing the window on me. This lady immediately came back with “She doesn’t speak English”. OK. She doesn’t speak any English, she could’ve simply just told me to hold on while she checks on my inquiry, not immediately begin shaking her head no. And that still doesn’t explain whoever took my order repeating it back to me about the cones. And the crazy thing is, before we even reached the window, I was literally bragging to my husband about how I normally have good customer service at this place. Never again. This place lost a valued customer no doubt.

The Team Members are very polite and friendly. This is why the 3 Star. I can only enjoy a Hot Dog every few months. I just wanted some cheese and paid for the cheese. Again, there is no cheese. This is a horrible presentation.

Burgers and coney dogs with chili and cheese are the bomb ! Ask for x-tra chili and cheese ( that's the key !)

Parking: Pull up spots to menus if you want to eat in your car !

Got a Sonic Blast which had almost no Oreo pieces in it at all; only some at the top and we didn't notice until we got home it was solid ice cream after that.

Put in a complaint through their feedback and the customer support rep was understanding and offered a refund which was above and beyond what I really wanted to get out of the interaction.

They then informed us that the refund could only be issued if I downloaded the Sonic app and couldn't be processed any other way. So basically, if someone spits in your food and you paid with a credit card, you're out of luck apparently.

Never going to a Sonic again.

Lilian gave me the wrong food order and charged me for someone else’s order. When I told her and gave the food and receipt back she snatched it from me and closed the window. She bought my order and my card back and said “here, this is yours. And I refunded it and charged you for your order” her tone was as if I had made the mistake. She didn’t apologize or anything. Rude.
