Unfortunately very disappointing. Hubby and I just dined at the new location for the first time, and it’s nothing like the old location. Food was not like the greatness that it was at the old location. It was bland, slightly warm, and just didn’t “hit the spot” like it used to. I really miss the ambiance of the old location. It was our favorite restaurant in Columbus. On the plus side, the chairs were new and sturdy, unlike the vintage ones at the ice factory, and the bathrooms were a bit better, but with it being a new location, you would think they’d be in better shape. Well, goodbye to a classic. It’s not worth the drive, even if we’re doing something else in the city.

Tried to make a reservation for 9 and can’t do it online. Must contact via phone or email. Voicemail full for past week and no response to emails. Guess my mother will be celebrating her 80th birthday elsewhere. Huge disappointment and poor customer service.

Hostess (says she was general manager) extremely rude. Do not recommend.

If you’re looking for Employment don’t even bother, managers are prejudice, shows favoritism to the workers who came from the old restaurant & does whatever they want. If you are black you won’t last, Even had an incident were coworkers were saying the n word & still employed today. overall not nice people, HR or the owner does not care either, have reached out plenty of times been ignored and looked over. Food mediocre , parking horrible. Don’t waste your time.

I have eaten their Lasagna since the 70’s, both in Columbus and Houston. The last order I picked up wasn’t it, so I gave it another try last week. I won’t be back. The old location had character, history and was just special. A perfect place to sit down and eat with another or a group to celebrate a special event. The new location has neither. As to my favorite meal 15 layer Lasagna, it is gone. The flavor and substance has changed. Gone is the Italian sausage with the caraway seed. We once tried to replicate the recipe at home and got it close but to no avail. So I don’t know what else is missing but I am seriously disappointed in the current offering.

Parking: Very spoiled by the parking at the old location.

My husband and I were for the first time at the new Spaghetti Warehouse on Sunday. We thought the waitress, Michelle, was awesome, very attentive to our needs even before we asked. The food was delicious and timely. Wide selection. Good atmosphere. We will go back for sure.

Me, my mother and my sister visited the restaurant on Sunday Nov 3 and while Rashawn was not our server he showed amazing hospitality and service to not only his tables but also ours. We were having a bit of a time with our personal server but Rashawn made up for it! He was so kind and made sure everyone was satisfied and happy with their service. We notice how he treated all of his tables with pure kindness and happiness. We made sure to let him personally know how amazing he was and passed on the feedback to Rhonda. Keep being awesome Rashawn!! (Not sure if that is how you spell his name but we made sure we got his name).
