My family and I visited here 11/22 after seeing the lights at the Commons. The host Whitney was very friendly and entertained our young grandchildren as they sat and drank there lemonade. I ordered the pumpkin martini and it was really delicious so I ordered 2 more. Rami was the bartender he was very friendly and made those martinis delicious he said the martini was seasonal and would be leaving soon. I returned 11/24 just for the martinis! I ordered 2 to go the bar manager was working that night and he made the drinks and they were terrible...nothing like what I previously had and was filled with heavy cream. I told him that's not how they were made when I was there a few days ago and he said the way he made them was how they were supposed to made. They were disgusting and I won't be returning because of him.

Just not the same.
The atmosphere was nice and cozy. The Christmas lights outs were very pretty.
I ordered the lasagna and chicken parmesan combo and meatball lasagna combo, it was good. The portions were small compared to the price.
It was my birthday dinner and I ordered Cheese cake to go. It was a very small piece and expensive as well. Over all it was a nice place just the cost was more than expected. We would have liked larger portions for the price. Our waitress was very nice and kept our drinks fill.

Our server Michelle was excellent and a good sales person, asking if we would like add ons.
Our waitress was amazing. Food was good, the upcharge for the meatball and mushrooms wasn't worth it

I enjoyed the food and service was great. The only thing I wished remained the same at the new location was the old antique look in the restaurant.

Price of meals relative to portions and quality is definitely overpriced. The servers, however, are very nice, and we tipped them well.

When I first walked in the door, it smelled of sewage. The train car was extremely loud. The appetizer and the meals were both bland and flavorless. The dessert was overpriced at $11 and small in portion size when compared to an actual piece of cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory.
See the picture if the lasagna?? Well it does not look like that at all. We were excited to try this and it came out as a lot of sauce over some thick noodles. Portions were small for the price. The garlic cheese bread came right out of a store bought box The atmosphere was nice. Too bad the food wasn't
It took about 10 mins for our server to come to the table. She then, got the drinks mixed up, giving our toddler sprite instead of water. Wrong dressing on the salad. When brought everything to her attention, she turned around and said “I'll fox it”, no apologies or anything. I had to stop her to let her know that I wasn't done. We didn't get ONE refill the whole time, and even after she was “done” bringing the food, didn't even ask if we needed anything else, she just left. Thankfully the manager came by the table and asked us if we wanted more bread, which we did. Food and price were ok. I think that servers need a bit of customer service.

Overall experience was fine. We were placed at a table near an open corridor, filled with coats and cleaning supplies. We asked to be moved and they were unaccommodating. Food was OK. Price is seemingly a little high for pasta dishes.
We were seated and sat for 25 minutes without so much as a "Hi, I'll be right with you"...nothing! We got up and left because it got to the point that we would not have time to eat and make it to the show we had tickets for down the street. We notified the staff at the host stand that they now had a free table because we were leaving. This is NOT the experience that we have experiences at other Spaghetti Warehouse locations. We will not return to this location!
Main dining room is very noisy. We could barely hear each other talk. The server was rushed even though we arrived at 5:15 when only half the tables were occupied, and she got one of our orders wrong. Food was good.
Food was good. Not exceptional. All aspects of our experience were satisfactory. No complaints. We would go back if we were downtown Columbus and needed a meal.
We entered and were seated right away. Service was great. Food tasted wonderful. We sat in the "Train Car" section which was a bit quieter vs the main section. The entire family enjoyed the food. The bread for the table was great. We went here before going to the theater. We would return the next time we visit downtown. Thanks!
