I infrequently write reviews, even if the experience is terrible/wonderful. However, I felt compelled to write this review that was neither of those extremes, simply because I hope management reads it. The first thing I want them to know is we continue to visit this restaurant for dinner a few times a year prior to attending a nearby concert/show/etc. because the wait staff is EXCELLENT (in particular one waiter/bartender we've had assist us several times...unfortunately I don't know his name.) On Friday evening (July 25), this waiter was working in tandem with a female server. Both were very friendly, attentive, and quite sympathetic to our “un” comfort level regarding the situation going on that night (no AC in the restaurant.) The other reason we continue to visit this restaurant is the food is always prepared perfectly. We've ordered several dinner salads containing chicken (very moist & filling), the Plaza burger (super juicy) with fries/onion rings (crispy & flavorful), and the roasted chicken entrée. If we didn't enjoy the food and service so much, we would NOT dine here again. That's due to the massive deterioration of this restaurant over the years, which is really heartbreaking. My family & I came here for many years on Christmas day for their delicious buffet. On those occasions, the restaurant was packed with people devouring the scrumptious buffet & enjoying the cheerful holiday decor. These days, we're usually the only patrons in the whole restaurant, the bathrooms are not well maintained, and there was no AC during our last visit. I actually wondered if that was management's way of cutting costs (I'm sure it's incredibly expensive to cool the entire dining area for just a few guests.) It's just so sad the atmosphere we now encounter takes away from what would otherwise be a wonderful dining experience. Perhaps the restaurant enjoys greater patronage in the mornings for breakfast, serving those staying at the hotel? I really hope so.

My daughter and I both ordered the filet mignon. It came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. None of the food tasted seasoned. The steak tasted expired, the potatoes tasted dry and flavorless, the asparagus was soggy and unseasoned. Worst food I've ever had at a restaurant at $50 a plate. Ridiculous.

This used to be a lovely restaurant. Over the past couple of years, there have not been enough servers, the food has been substandard, the menu has been shrunken (“we don't have iced tea!), and food is not served in a timely manner. We won't be back.

One of the worst dining experiences ever! Arrived at time of reservation. Waited 10 minutes to have someone acknowledge our presence. Finally seated. Five min later a guy comes over - "do ya know what you want". Ordered two diet cokes - guy comes back with a Diet Coke and a sprite! Order a Cobb salad without avacado and a chicken sandwich with onion rings. 40 minutes later the sandwich arrives with fries rather than onion rings and the salad with avocado! Bill was $34.98. Gave him a $5 tip only because I had two 20s... otherwise he would have gotten nothing!

Very nice and clean restaurant, very spacious. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. I ate breakfast and dinner there, I'm happy I booked it, especially since it was located inside of the hotel I was staying at.

I had a caramel ribbon CRUNCH frappe. I’ve had this a million times. I asked for extra caramel crunch…. There was ZERO on the top like there’s supposed to. She also made it partially with vanilla bean I could very much taste it and also see the black dots of the vanilla bean and she tried saying it was because it was blended. I’ve had this drink 1 million times and never had this issue. Very much not happy.

The ambiance was mediocre at best: very basic and boring. The food was ok but the steaks were not prepared as ordered and had to be sent back to the kitchen and most certainly not worth the price. the appetizer did not come as described on the menu. The waiter was not attentive and when we asked him to refill our drinks he told us that he didn't have time to help us because he had to go clear another table and would be back. We will not eat here again.

We had not planned to eat here but wanted something after the show at The Palace. It was late. The Restaurant was booked solid and vastly understaffed. Props to the bartender, Nick, who looked to be doing everything, Waiting many tables and minding the bar. Limited menu. Food was just ok. Breakfast the next morning was very good though.
On time for reservation, took 30 minutes to take our order, more than 1 hour after ordering, we just left.

New to the area first time here before a show at the Ohio Theater. Convenient to theater seemed they had 2 waiters on a Saturday night, food was good salad & cheeseburger. Waiter was very apologetic and nice. Will give it another try.

This is a nice Starbucks. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This Starbucks is located inside the Capitol Square hotel complex, so it has an exterior entrance on Third St and an interior entrance connecting it to the hotel lobby, which connects to a small shopping center. I got a medium iced chai with salted caramel inside, which tasted quite good. My drink had an optimal ratio of chai and milk, producing an excellent sweet taste. I gave this Starbucks five drinks because it tasty, high quality drinks that are better than I’ve had at every other Starbucks I’ve been to.

It was a nice experience. My wife had blackened salmon. She said it was very good. I had the chicken breast. It was not the best that I have had. It left an unpleasant aftertaste that stayed with me the rest of the evening. Everything else was good and I would very much recommend this dining experience.
