As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff. The environment was very welcoming and friendly. Kudos to the team one of best Starbucks experiences I’ve had thus far.

I had a caramel ribbon CRUNCH frappe. I’ve had this a million times. I asked for extra caramel crunch…. There was ZERO on the top like there’s supposed to. She also made it partially with vanilla bean I could very much taste it and also see the black dots of the vanilla bean and she tried saying it was because it was blended. I’ve had this drink 1 million times and never had this issue. Very much not happy.

This is a nice Starbucks. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This Starbucks is located inside the Capitol Square hotel complex, so it has an exterior entrance on Third St and an interior entrance connecting it to the hotel lobby, which connects to a small shopping center. I got a medium iced chai with salted caramel inside, which tasted quite good. My drink had an optimal ratio of chai and milk, producing an excellent sweet taste. I gave this Starbucks five drinks because it tasty, high quality drinks that are better than I’ve had at every other Starbucks I’ve been to.

The people working were extremely rude and I got a chai latte. When I received my order it was just heated up milk.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair users: enter from the hotel side, not the street. The street entrance has a narrow step and the doors are not automatic, but the hotel’s sbux entrance is flat.

If I could rate this location a 0, I would. They should have just stayed closed. Since re-opening, the staff that is on board don't seem to have a clue what they're doing. Drinks take forever to be made and half the time, they're wrong. The system is constantly down to where they can only take cash. Gift cards don't work half the time. It's a mess. My last straw was just a little bit ago. I walked in at 2:30 to grab a quick afternoon pick-me-up and a snack. The staff had what appeared to be friends just hanging out at the front counter and they were blaring music loudly. After perusing the food menu for at least 30 seconds, I walked up to order where I was rudely informed that they were accepting cash only and the system was "down" yet again. Frankly, I just don't think they wanted to serve me given that it was shortly before closing. I work in the building attached to the Sheraton and our office frequently would patron this location, but we've all grown sick of all of the issues. We'll be taking our business just a block down to Cafe de Nook.
Popped in for something quick and the staff was above and beyond kind to me. Thanks for the great experience.

This Starbucks is fine when it’s open. It is almost always closed or never open during the hours stated. What the heck is going on? Very frustrating if you stay at the Sheraton for this perk

I really am disappointed when I go to Starbucks, pay $6.00 for a cup of coffee and find out the cup isn’t filled. Can I get my money back. This was an office run. Awful

This Starbucks is ALWAYS shut down for some reason. Remodeling, training you name it. In one year living in the commons it’s been shut down at minimum 3 months of that year (literally their own signs stating when they will re open). You just give up and drive to a get coffee. I’d just go to any other Starbucks to avoid wasting your time.

There I am trying to prepare for Father's Day. I need my early morning coffee. Go into Starbucks and the cashier says, they do not have a cash register available for cash. Now I'm unable to get a Frappuccino! Not the first incident. Last time they closed when they had advertised they are open. REALLY FRUSTRATING!!!

I went in to this Starbucks today, which is the one I normally visit and the service was horrible. There were at least 7 baristas behind the counter. There were 5 people in line, including me. I stood there 10 minutes and they waited on 1 PERSON. There were was one girl on her phone and eating food behind the counter in front of customers, the girl next to her was chit chatting with the rest of the staff in turn they were not paying attention to the customers. Two girls that were at the coffee making area were just a standing there staring at us standing in line. No urgency at all. IF I AM GOING TO PAY FOR $5+ DOLLARS FOR A COFFEE, I EXPECT FAST AND FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks for not selling me a coffee today, I walked out in a bad mood because of your staff. GET IT TOGETHER.
