This is a nice Starbucks. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This Starbucks is located inside the Capitol Square hotel complex, so it has an exterior entrance on Third St and an interior entrance connecting it to the hotel lobby, which connects to a small shopping center. I got a medium iced chai with salted caramel inside, which tasted quite good. My drink had an optimal ratio of chai and milk, producing an excellent sweet taste. I gave this Starbucks five drinks...
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair users: enter from the hotel side, not the street. The street entrance has a narrow step and the doors are not automatic, but the hotel’s sbux entrance is flat.
This Starbucks is ALWAYS shut down for some reason. Remodeling, training you name it. In one year living in the commons it’s been shut down at minimum 3 months of that year (literally their own signs stating when they will re open). You just give up and drive to a get coffee. I’d just go to any other Starbucks to avoid wasting your time.
