If you're going to pay all that money to have your food delivered, could it be correct? I received a watered-down venti vanilla cream cold brew and they sent a note with my order stating they were out of the pumpkin cream cheese muffins. I would have been happy with most any pastry. Usually when there's something out, the restaurant calls me and asks if I would like a substitution so they would not receive a negative review. Can you not read instructions ? I asked for sriracha.

As a starbucks partner, I have always treated starbucks customers the way i like to be treated when I visit a starbucks.
this isn't the first experience with this starbucks where i had to go back with my drink and ask them to make it right.
today I asked Kirra to add the right amount of ice and sweetcream in my drink and the response was "Not Today". I have never in my training with starbucks or while training a green bean heard or adviced to say something like that to a customer.
I understand that sometimes customers can be abusive of the products, but there is always a way to respond to a customer request to make sure you're making the right moment with the customer Kirra, plus I'm not a regular really! it just happen that everytime i go there they treat me terribly!
never going back and don't recommend it to anybody else.

Waited forever for my frappacino. Hardly anybody in the place and I gues they’re filling on line orders that people then pick up. But Ive never waited SO long for a drink at a Starbucks. And the medium is the same size as a small. Over priced ridiculousness.

Great place, amazing service, loved the people working there!!but @google maps PLEASE stop saying places have drive throughs when they don’t!!! Take that detail off when it is not true! For example this place has no drive through! Google Maps has wasted me so much time sending me to SO many “drive thru” locations that are actually within a Kroger or on a campus and so they are inaccessible to park then to, for example, get a wheelchair all the way out of the car and go in, then to pack the wheelchair up etc! But I cannot suggest that as an edit because Google maps only lets you edit things like the store hours!
Parking: NO drive through and no free parking allotted to this store since it is on campus

I absolutely adore the staff at this location. Always a smile and greeting me by my name. Great people! All drinks and food that I've had have been high quality. The only (sometimes) bummer is that there is not always a seat available. They are usually filled by loud sorority girl types. The volume can be a bit much when they get to chattering at the top of their very high-pitched lungs. That's the only drawback. I simply try to avoid rush times and it's all good.
This Starbucks is like any other in that it's efficient, the drinks are good and I've never had an issue with what I've ordered. My only complaint is every time I go here it smells like spoiled milk when you walk in.
The coffee taste is not always consistent.
