This is my go-to location out of the multiple in the grandview area. I typically have no issues— correct order, made well, and super friendly service.
Recently (past month or so) I think this location went through an overhaul of staff— and it shows. Service continues to be amazingly friendly but the quality of the drinks and the accuracy of the drinks has slipped… and with Starbucks prices… my drink order better be correct. I promise you— we would rather wait longer to get our correct order and it made well. I’m sure it’ll get better once the newcomers get more experience… necessary growing pains.
But hands down, this is the friendliest location in the Columbus area.

came in on red cup day to get a peppermint mocha.. sat in the drive through for about 5 min and pulled up to the window for the employees to mouth “we’re closed”.. no signage or anything. It’s 2:47 pm so not sure why they’re closed

Really like this lovely Starbucks. There were five or six servers during lunch hours with fast and friendly service. There was no seat inside but a patio outside.

Matcha latte is not upto mark, the green tea flavor was quite a mild. I think they have kept someone new so that can be a problem. They don't even provide us the hot cup sleeves.

Online stated they closed at 4:30. Got there at 3:50 and there was a sign also stating that they closed at 4:30. Waited over 10 minutes to order with only one car in front of me until I could. Just to be told that they were already closed, it was 4:00. Why would you put out a sign in the drive through saying what time you closed just to say a different time after people wait in line. Won’t be going back to this location, because how will I know when it’s open when the online time and their OWN signs are wrong.

Id give it 3.5 stars, staff is lovely & kind however my normal drink is the mocha cookie frapp. The last month I haven’t received one made correctly. They give me a mocha frap with TONS of whip cream. The only cookies I get are on top. Its bland. Im either going to find a new location or find a new drink. Ive even asked if it comes with chocolate sauce & they say yes. Waste of money if you like frapps
Stopped for a little pick me up in the morning. Woman in the drive through was really rude and the coffee I spent $6 on was disgusting and undrinkable.

Bummer. Unfriendly. The guy that served me at the window didn’t greet me. Said all of 3 words. The americano was watery and they forgot the sweetener. Not worth the line or money.
