It's a Starbucks. It's just too small a location for the amount of business it receives. There's virtually no parking, but that's OK since there's virtually no seating. The parking lot is often too small for the line that forms.

I drive past another Starbucks on my way to work to go to this one. They always get my order right and seem to be in a great mood every day. All the workers are so friendly, it’s a great start to my day.

This location needs some help. It used to be the most convenient along my route, but its not worth the stop at all. The parking lot needs ALOT of help - pot holes everywhere, the hours are super inconsistent, along with the drinks. I stopped going entirely and opt for one of the other two Sbux in really close proximity. Today I stopped on a last minute decision and definitely regretted it. Got behind a car in the drive thru that ordered two things for everyone in the vehicle (ya'll that is not what a drive thru is for!) And so fully expected my drink to be at least ready when they finally pulled off... nope! I literally sat there and watched them make it, after already waiting 15 minutes. Such a waste of time to go here.

Truly a great hardworking staff here - kudos to you all. Whether it’s 5:30 AM, 9:00 AM, or 5:00 PM, this staff is on point. Also, so kind and welcoming I cannot recommend this location enough.

Also whoever was the barista that offered the recommendation of brown sugar in my oat milk matcha latte - you have changed my life for the better - this amazing.

This is my go-to location out of the multiple in the grandview area. I typically have no issues— correct order, made well, and super friendly service.

Recently (past month or so) I think this location went through an overhaul of staff— and it shows. Service continues to be amazingly friendly but the quality of the drinks and the accuracy of the drinks has slipped… and with Starbucks prices… my drink order better be correct. I promise you— we would rather wait longer to get our correct order and it made well. I’m sure it’ll get better once the newcomers get more experience… necessary growing pains.

But hands down, this is the friendliest location in the Columbus area.

came in on red cup day to get a peppermint mocha.. sat in the drive through for about 5 min and pulled up to the window for the employees to mouth “we’re closed”.. no signage or anything. It’s 2:47 pm so not sure why they’re closed

Really like this lovely Starbucks. There were five or six servers during lunch hours with fast and friendly service. There was no seat inside but a patio outside.

Matcha latte is not upto mark, the green tea flavor was quite a mild. I think they have kept someone new so that can be a problem.
They don't even provide us the hot cup sleeves.
