Went by today at 3:20. Lady wouldn’t even greet me or acknowledge me. She sat there cleaning and making a drink for a customer and then disappeared . Waited ten minutes with three people behind me. We all left

Don’t get your Starbucks here, they don’t make it right , have an ugly attitude and try to argue when I told them it was made incorrect. I order the same thing no matter what Starbucks I’m at and I will not be returning to this Kroger . Indian and red head girl that worked the shift on Monday 11/25 at 3pm. They can’t listen to a simple holiday drink order.

Coffee is usually fine but one worker in particular seems to absolutely detest any one who had the audacity to want to order a drink. The tone switch up between a fellow employee and costumer is wild. I don't expect to be fawned over but I could probably do without the sighing and eye rolling. This has been pretty consistent every time I've gone and has gotten to the point where I no longer want to go if he's working.

When you placed a no iced drink, they did a cost-cutting thing and only filled you with a half cup. I saw the same thing happened usually on 1 dollar in McDonald. McCafe is selling a cheap coffee with a huge discount. Starbucks sold over 5 dollars and still did the stupid thing. Shame on this Starbucks. (Always ordered no iced drinks at other Starbucks stores and have never been treated like this).

Worst Starbucks experience ever. The cashier was friendly but that’s where it ends..They were out of almost everything on the menu! No tables, only uncomfortable high tops with bar seats. Bathroom out of order. Trash on the floor and flies buzzing around.

Love coming here in the morning, the wait is very short. All the other Starbucks have a very long line in the morning but not this one. Right now they are running a promotion. All pumpkin flavored drinks are $1 off, I got the Pumpkin cold brew. They didn’t have cold brew coffee so they offered to do iced coffee with pumpkin foam — which was fine. The drink was good but once I got to the bottom of my drink I got a mouth full of this salt like substance. It was crunchy & flavorless, when I went back & asked what it could be I was told “it’s the pumpkin spice I put on top of the drink that went to the bottom” this is not pumpkin spice. Pumpkin spice is light & dissolves. This substance was not dissolvable & had no flavor. It was very unappealing, I wiped my mouth on my sleeve because I didn’t know what was in my drink. This is what the substance in my drink looked like. Not sure why I was told this was pumpkin spice but it’s definitely not. Other than this incident, it’s a pretty good Starbucks.

Went on a Tuesday at 8 am, placed my order, bald guy behind the counter (Seth)very rude and unpleasant. I guess he's not smart enough to work somewhere else so he takes it out on customers. I told him the area around there is disgusting food particles, trash everywhere. Found out he's the manager!!! C'mon Starbucks...fire this guy...you can do much better than that.

Stopped in this morning at 7:45 and noticed there was no one behind the counter. I assumed maybe they were on a bathroom break or some thing as there’s usually someone there by 7:45 every Wednesday when I stop by this location. so I waited patiently with several other patrons until about 8 o’clock when a Kroger store representative came over and informed us they were not opening no until 9 o’clock today. I would just really appreciate a sign or a note letting customers know when the hours are changed so we don’t all waste our time standing in line for nothing. Thanks so much and have a nice day.
