I asked for a matcha latte, easy on the ice. They packed my cup FULL of ice, and never even blended the matcha. It’s all chunky and gross.

I had the pumpkin spice Chai latte at another location and I was in heaven. I wanted another one and came to this location. Was night and day, this was terrible! Asked for light ice, ice filled to the bottom asked if I could have light ice that I previously asked for before paying. Got the nastiest look from the employee, threw the drink together, not mixed syrup stuck to the bottom. Tastes horrible. And snatched the previous drink from the counter. I feel like I completely wasted 7 bucks! ?

While the convenience of parking and accessibility at this location is very good, the shift supervisor on duty at the time of my visit (Casey) seemed totally lacking in customer communication/service skills during our brief interaction. Luckily, the barista who actually prepared my drink was more appropriate, professional and competent.

This location really needs better employees. They always have attitudes if you hate your job that much then quit. They made my first and last experience at this Starbucks bad. Do better especially Kathy. I don't know the other young lady's name I believe it was sara but they definitely have to do better or they'll keep losing customers. They don't even deserve one star truthfully.
