Literally the worst Starbucks. I only ever order a hot coffee, my order isn’t rocket science. The kid with green hair was texting on his phone, very rude and took ten min to pour my coffee. Tried to go again today, the girl at window was extremely rude. Please train your employees on customer service! They set the tone for customers day! First people we see in the morning!

This is the best Starbucks in the area and has been for many years! I also wanted to give a special thank you to this store for allowing my to take a pup cup home to my cat Cosmo who is terminally ill with cancer to help make her last day a little more special! <3

they laughed at us when we asked for food and continued to look and laugh at us as we were trying to enjoy it. very disappointed. had a lot of attitude towards us and when we asked a question about the app, the employee belittled us. were on their phones and eating while we were asking for our items.

My drinks are always made right but its 5:35 on a friday and no ones here at all the stores like closed. I have to go to work. I come here in the mornings because its one of the only Places open and this has happened multiple times now where theres been no one here and its supposed to be open…

the customer service at this starbucks is absolutely abysmal. every other time i come here i’m treated like dirt.
i pull up within their open hours and pull up to the drive to, just to be ignored by the people inside. i go to the door and only then am i told they are closed. you couldn’t say that through the speaker?
another day i come to pick up my mobile order to find it’s been thrown away since its outside of an unadvertised pick up window? okay that’s fine, but then they wouldn’t remake my order???
honestly i’m over the poor customer service at this location and am boycotting it. i’m done

I literally stood at the register waiting to order for *5 minutes* before anyone helped me. They all saw me too. Some of them were working on drive-through orders (cause apparently drive-through is more important than a customer who actually walks in and is standing at the register??!), and another guy just walked up to the register two different times, typed some stuff in, didn't even acknowledge me, and walked back into the back. The one guy who finally helped me was nice enough but damn. Then after all that it took them another *16 minutes* for them to actually get me my order, even though I most definitely ordered before at least 15 people I saw get their orders in the drive-through. And they only got me my order because I finally asked where it was after 13 mins of waiting. This is a shitty way to treat customers. Do not recommend coming here.
