The staff at this location is always wonderful. I’ve had a nice person every time. I just hate the line out to Torrence Rd. People dont have the sense not to block the road. Needs a bit more space.

Been to this location dozens of times. If it’s not your order being wrong then they have closed early due to staffing. Or worse, you order inside and wait 20+minutes for a coffee as they drown in mobile orders and speed through drive through orders.

I must say I am amazed with the customer service and genuine engagement at this location. Special Shout out to Emily for leading the pack. Whether it is helping train new Starbucks Partners or ensuring the lobby is safe for all the kids that stop by, she is always on top of it. Thanks for all you do!

This Starbucks needs an employee adjustment. Some don't even smile. They are slow to respond. They take so long to get orders done. A couple of them are Nice. But I am having a hard time convincing myself that those two people are nice enough to make up for the rest of the store. And they aren't there every day. I could get my coffee at work. I don't need to give them my business.

Although they were out of what I ordered, they replaced it with more than I had purchased in a similar item. Navigating the limited parking can definitely be a challenge. Often it's easier to park nearby and just walk to and from the restaurant.
