I want to start with saying thank you to the team working on 12/16/25 at 2pm for being so kind to me even though I ended up being in the wrong. I ordered a trenta strawberry açaí & ended up coming back because to my tastebuds, it tasted like there was lemonade in there. I asked if it was possible to remake it & they did & we’re so kind the entire time, especially the gentleman with the beard wearing a black mask who was at the window. When I received the new drink, it tasted the same as the first one so I know it was definitely my bad for thinking it had lemonade. They most likely knew that they made it right the first time but were still kind enough to remake it for me which I appreciate so much : )

I go everyday and every barista is friendly, kind,and always has a smile. They welcome me everyday. I couldn't ask for a better store. Service is always quick. The store is clean. My drink is always amazing 👏 thank you for making my day better and brighter ✨️.

Their drinks are disappointing. I just got a caramel crunch Frappuccino with no caramel or crunch and I don’t think coffee for that matter. It was whipped half frozen sugar water, staff needs to do better.

I love the staff they all are personable, they try to memorize your orders and friendly. Minus one staff member she's the shortest one their female and I don't know if she's Indian or what but she's always rude she never gives me a straw when I ask. If I need something else she's always got an attitude. I will go in the store at time just to avoid an interaction with her it's not a good one.
