Asked for a grande iced Carmel macchiato… where are the espresso shots? The girl who worked the window said the espresso machine was “pulling them up light today and The machine is broke and the store won’t get a new one” There was in fact no espresso in my drink, STRAIGHT MILK.

I just want to say Lanna has ALWAYS given such amazing customer service & literally is the sweetest. I’ve never once came to this Starbucks & had a negative experience. The store is always kept clean & everyone is always the kindest!

Love this location. And today I went into the store instead of the drive thru. It was clean and peaceful even though there were plenty of people inside. Customer service is impeccable at this location. Keep up the great work.

Come on it's Starbucks absolutely positively awesome no matter if you want coffee tea espresso you can even get to a lollipop donut lollipop cake donut LOL no really I love it.

Starbucks charges AT LEAST double what their products are worth - thank goodness I was finally able to kick the habit!I used to be a "Gold Member" for years.The "final straw" that convinced me to quit my sugary cafinated addiction to this place was: after the pandemic ended they did not bring back the area where customers put their own milk + sugar + vanilla powder (I really liked that vanilla powder).If there's ever a decent place to get espresso, where I can put my own milk, let me know and I will start going for coffee again.Also, why did Starbucks stop selling the MOST POPULAR breakfast sandwich (ham, egg, and cheese)?!?!???? ??Insane/so disappointing!

This is one of the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to. Waiting 10 plus minutes every time in the drive through. I have tried this place a couple times and honestly not worth it. Plus it seems like they don’t know how to handle a constant flow of customers. It’s not as busy as the one further down on broad street but they know how to handle a line.
