This is one of the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to. Waiting 10 plus minutes every time in the drive through. I have tried this place a couple times and honestly not worth it. Plus it seems like they don’t know how to handle a constant flow of customers. It’s not as busy as the one further down on broad street but they know how to handle a line.

This is my Starbucks! My drink is custom and I order it every day. No matter what shift makes it, there is no deviation of the taste or texture. The employees here truly do try to get to know you and they kept their employees for a while, not a fast turnover, which speaks volumes about the management.

I always love these young people who run this store I am always greeted with a smile and how's my day going and always get the most amazing coffees and breakfast sandwiches and I visit everyday juat to get my day started I definitely recommend this location every time for excellent service ☺☺

Very long line, but every employee seemed to be having a good time and happy to be there despiteVegetarian options: We typically do eat the sandwiches, but we were way too busy (Black Friday and all). However, the sandwiches are always good and hot, and my favorite thing is that they never taste microved.

Every time I’ve been to this Starbucks I’ve had a bad experience. The first time they made the wrong drink in the wrong size cup and wouldn’t listen to me when I said they got it wrong. The second time the person in the drive thru gave themself a $3 tip on the screen right before I paid so it charged my card. The third time I went they said there was a “shortage on hazelnut” but the next day I went to a different location which said that was not true. I’m never going to this Starbucks again which is a shame because it’s the closest to my house.

It’s really a hit or miss with the drive-thru. I get an iced Carmel macchiato and it’s always watery, on top of that I ask for extra Carmel and never get enough. I think I’m just gonna stick to going into target.

I went to the drive through to order my iced caramel macchiato and when I got to the window, the girl swiped my gift card and said that I owed another 3.25 and I was suprised! The gift card had $15 on it so I know the Venti size was covered. When I got back home, I checked the balance and it still had 9.05 on it. I’m disappointed because she wasn’t trying to give me the gift card back, I had to ask for the gift card back and yet I paid the difference with my debit card and don’t know where the partial payment went because the full price of the macchiato actually was reduced from the gift card. The drive through rep had red curly hair, looks like ice spice with braces. I’m so disappointed now, I won’t go back! Also I will be calling to speak to a manager today or tomorrow. I’m not letting this slide.

Barrister was unwelcome. No Hi, No Bye.I ordered caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. If you think that there will be crunchy caramels somewhere, you are mistaken. She puts a large portion of sugar on top of the whipped cream. UNSATISFIED!!!
