I’m done with Starbucks. I waited I line for twenty minutes for mediocre coffee and horrible service.

I don’t know what happened, but the past few months I’ve been coming, their coffee has been absolutely DISGUSTING. I can barely drink it, but I keep coming back to give them another chance, but it just doesn’t compare to the quality they maintained 6+ months ago. Whenever I get an espresso with oatmilk, the milk is curdled and gross. The coffee itself tastes like chemicals and it’s borderline inedible. I don’t like writing negative reviews, cause I know people and places have their bad days, but the coffee here is consistently terrible. Not sure where it all went wrong, but this location fell off. 😔

I just bought from this address but they don't know what to do the whole order was wrong, they are very slow.
Make sure the lid is secure before you hand it to a customer.
One of quickest Starbucks drive-through in the greater Columbus area. Employees are always kind and welcoming!

I ordered a tall white chocolate mocha Frapp which should have been 5.45 it ended up being 6.25 because they rang it in as a flavored creme frapp add white chocolate. The drink was pink and what I assume was a strawberry crème frapp. I told them it was wrong so they remade it as crème frapp add white chocolate. Still wrong, finally they made what I ordered after two wrong drinks and an extra charge. Seemed upset, annoyed, and slightly rude during the whole interaction.

I went and asked for water and was told I have to purchase something because it was company policy. I just had a really rough day and left the hospital and just needed to get some water … we the people have more power than these corporations.

Place was dirty. Counters had milk, sprinkles, power, all over them. Man was slapping stuff around like he didn’t care. Personally seen container used for mixing not cleaned before next order. Bathroom looked like it was not cleaned in days. Never going there again. GROSS
Service tends to be quite slow at this location, as staff seems to be frequently backed up, despite it not being particularly busy. Not sure what the issue is. Friendly, though.

Drive-through is quick and efficient, while inside is just a good. Call ahead with your order, and it's a slam dunk!

For the last year I have been going to this SBUX location and the service has drastically went downhill. So much so that I go out of my way to the Frantz Road location as it takes less time to drive there than it does to get service on Sawmill(I live literally in walking distance to the Sawmill location). Today is a prime example; I ordered a venti white choc mocha and a venti dragonfruit. I was the only car in line and it still took 7 mins to receive my order though it sat on the counter while the cashier did whatever she was doing. 7 mins is actually fast compared to what it has been. I will continue to go to another location from now on. I’m not sure what has happened to the service at Sawmill but it should be looked into.
I Love the people who work here always kind always respectful always have great convos with them and Im always getting my grilled cheeses here because they know how its done honey yes anyways thank u guys for always making my day 🩷
