Drive-through is quick and efficient, while inside is just a good. Call ahead with your order, and it's a slam dunk!

For the last year I have been going to this SBUX location and the service has drastically went downhill. So much so that I go out of my way to the Frantz Road location as it takes less time to drive there than it does to get service on Sawmill(I live literally in walking distance to the Sawmill location). Today is a prime example; I ordered a venti white choc mocha and a venti dragonfruit. I was the only car in line and it still took 7 mins to receive my order though it sat on the counter while the cashier did whatever she was doing. 7 mins is actually fast compared to what it has been. I will continue to go to another location from now on. I’m not sure what has happened to the service at Sawmill but it should be looked into.

For the love of God, STOP with online orders. Coming inside to order a tea should not take 15 mins. It's ALWAYS like this here.

My boyfriend and I go to this Starbucks every morning before work. Love how early they open & how friendly the staff is! Theres one batista whos typically scheduled at least mon-thurs. Jill i think? (thought i caught a glimpse of her name tag one day, but im not 100% thats her name) Shes typically who makes my drink and the drink is perfect every single morning & shes even gone as far as to write cute notes on my drinks too! Really brightens up my mornings! Love love love this location!

To the woman who just made my iced coffee with 2 pumps of white mocha at 5:10 on Nov 7th. Thank you! In my 16 years of drinking this drink, not one barista has ever taken the time to shake my drink, so all the syrup isn't settled at the bottom. It might have seemed like a small gesture, but when you're paying almost 5.00 for a grande, and get a mouth full of syrup or break your straw everytime you try to mix it in, this meant a lot that you noticed! Awesome customer service! Thank you!
