The food is always good and the service is great. I guess they're back open with normal hours again.

Doesn't disappoint!
I hate this location with a passion.. they have to have the worst service for a Starbucks in this area... I can not believe I resorted to them this time.. the awful expectations never fail.. it's also in a terrible location to get in and out of, hopefully it shuts down soon.

First starbucks in United States. Ordered pumpkin spice latte, and this adorable emoji made me smile all day :-). Nice taste and great service. 👍

I used to love the baristas here. Always kind, personable and had great customer service. Today I felt like an inconvenience. The person at the window didn’t acknowledge my existence while giving me my coffee. Was talking to other employees, and ignored me when I thanked them. Disappointed:/

This is a poorly located drive thru. It's just hard to maneuver. It has two entrances and this makes people unnecessarily aggressive when it comes to moving up in line. The parking lot feels small and tightly spaced. When you exit the lot you can only turn right. You can do a full loop around the building to exit through a back entrance onto the side street. Then the only issue is, if the line is long you get stuck waiting in line again until you can finally move past everyone. If you decide to park and walk in, you run into the risk of being blocked in by people waiting in the drive-thru line.
Ordered a tea and went to use my point and the employee tried saying I couldn’t that a tea was 200 points. I told him it wasn’t I’ve done it before, I told him make me an iced coffee then he got made cause the drink was already made. He ended up voiding it and giving it to me but him making me feel belittled and stupid in the process was pretty upsetting. I won’t post his name because that’s unfair but I think the employees should know what they are talking about especially before being rude to customers.
All to give me the incorrect drink on top of it.
For how busy this Starbucks is on the daily, they are so polite and have wonderful customer service- which you don't get everyday. Every time I've gone in or gone through the drive-thru, the baristas are always so kind.
It really sets the scene, because I've been to a nearby Starbucks where they are so unbelievably rude, so this one is a nice refresher and really sets a great standard.
Interior wise, it is a bit small, but I don't mind it because I usually get my coffee and go back home. They're always clean and organized, which I can appreciate.
Also coffee is always on point. If I'm going to any Starbucks it's definitely this one! Especially because the entry to the parking lot is a slight hazard, lol. That's just how worth it it is to come here!

Normally, I've received the best service from this store. I have no complaints with the coffee. But I'm just went through the driveway alone and ordered two drinks. I've always asked for the bags that have drink carriers in them. I thought that's what Starbucks gives with multiple drinks especially for someone alone driving. The girl at the delivery station asked me all these questions about why I needed a drink carriers and had an attitude about having to put the drinks in a bag. Then she handed me 4 away drive carrier that was unstable. I spilled a lot of the drinks on me and had to sit in drive thru holding the drinks once handed and trying to make space for them. She they were out it's two drink holders for the bags but it felt like she just didn't want to make a bag for me.
Very nice barista at the drive thru. She apologized for the wait ( which wasn't that long), and was prompt w my drink.

I always have good service at this Starbucks. I like the fact that it’s kind of hidden off Bethel Rd. across from Ohio ENT & Allergy. My order is pretty simple, but I find the baristas to be mostly jolly and quite competent at this particular location!
Its an OK starbucks at best, staff constantly rolls there eyes when you customize the order.
