Really not a fan of the remodel. They installed less indoor seating, meaning there are only 8 tables now where before there were more, a much smaller indoor pickup/ordering area, unnecessarily large amount of outdoor seating that obscures a major part of the entrance, and now an entrance curb for the drive through, which is meant to redirect traffic, but has the unfortunate effect of making the entrance super confusing and difficult to enter from multiple points. This was already a poor location for a Starbucks given the tiny lot size and multiple entrance points right at the end of the drive thru, but what can you do. The workers are great and friendly, and I have no complaints there. They know what they’re doing. But the remodel was a hack job and this will probably be the last time I come here.

I've bought a variety of Starbucks coffee and all has tasted delicious. Friendly service too. Also, if you order ahead of time on their app, then it's normally ready when you arrive. It's great to receive points for your purchases too. You can spend them on free coffee or food. It just takes a while to add up. My only complaint is the pricing. I always buy a venti (large) and it cost me over $7. That's a lot, even for a latte. I also like leaving a tip. Gets very expensive! I sure wish they would lower their prices.

This Starbucks is amazing! They were so accommodating for my dairy allergy! I usually order my drinks iced and then heat them at home to avoid contamination but they offered to swap the steamer and pitched for fresh ones so I could enjoy it steamed! Wonderful service, I will definitely be going back to this one!

The employees at the Starbucks are so respectful and kind. They’re always extremely accommodating. Absolutely love this location and won’t go to any other One whenever I am in Columbus. Today as I was getting my coffee, I ordered just like any other day and when I got to the window, she told me it was on them because I was so kind to them. Which just makes me feel like people are mean to them a lot. But anyway, it was wonderful experience And I hope that everyone there has an amazing day. Thank you so much For your kindness I hope it comes back to tenfold! You genuinely made my week🩷

Finally this location is open and I never have to go inside the Kroger location anymore!!
1. Baristas are awesome!! ? 2. Weird drive-thru set up ? (someone is going to scrape the car so bad) 3. Not many seating tables inside (I used to have individual networking meetings at this location and now, i gotta find another place)
My drink was horrible unfortunately. I got the Boba refresher. I am glad they had chairs outside though because there was only about 4, two top tables and they were taken. There could have been more chairs and tables to sit at inside, there's definitely space for it

I am surprised by the experience of starbucks team member Seth and certainly will share this as an example of how customer service should be. When we went to buy coffee, we weren't aware of BOGO offer. But Seth was kind enough to inform us that there is a BOGO offer and charged accordingly. It's a great way of making customer going wow. Kudos to the Seth and team.
