The staff here are always so sweet and kind, and my order is rarely incorrect or off! If there's a line, you never have to wait very long as they get through it quickly. It's always a joy to come here, even if the drive-through itself is a bit difficult at times to maneuver through :)

People in there were super nice they said it would be the best mocha ever and they were not lying i came in at like 1135 and the employees were so energetic and just lovely people! This is the one in Polaris mall!

It’s Starbucks, no problems there.

This location heavily prioritizes the drive-through line. 5 walk-ins waited for over a dozen cars to get served, despite ordering first.

To the baristas’ credit, they worked fast. It only took them 30 seconds to make my drink after 20 minutes of waiting.

Terrible service, took them almost 10 mins to take my order inside I was the only one for an order. They were only talking to themselves and finally one of them decide she would take my order and to tell me if I order my wait time would be more than 20 mins for a drink but with a terrible attitude.

I stop by here at least once a month. Last month they were out of everything and I was told Raspberry wasn’t available because it’s seasonal. Uh yes, it was currently in season and promoted on the app. Today I went back, figuring last time was a 1 off. I’m not sure what’s happening, but ordered my usual iced pumpkin chai and a treat, a vanilla danish. The drink tasted like water with a hint of pumpkin and I wouldn’t doubt that I was given the danish from the display case. It was horrible, crusty and gross! I typically would just not come back to this location, but since prices are up, it’s beyond disappointing that my drink was wrong and I couldn’t even eat what I paid for. Won’t be back!

This Starbucks really nice to hangout and doing homework. I like the atmosphere, food, and service. Everyone so nice and they make people happy. I really appreciate it. The coffee is really good. ☕😊

Really not a fan of the remodel. They installed less indoor seating, meaning there are only 8 tables now where before there were more, a much smaller indoor pickup/ordering area, unnecessarily large amount of outdoor seating that obscures a major part of the entrance, and now an entrance curb for the drive through, which is meant to redirect traffic, but has the unfortunate effect of making the entrance super confusing and difficult to enter from multiple points. This was already a poor location for a Starbucks given the tiny lot size and multiple entrance points right at the end of the drive thru, but what can you do. The workers are great and friendly, and I have no complaints there. They know what they’re doing. But the remodel was a hack job and this will probably be the last time I come here.

I've bought a variety of Starbucks coffee and all has tasted delicious. Friendly service too. Also, if you order ahead of time on their app, then it's normally ready when you arrive. It's great to receive points for your purchases too. You can spend them on free coffee or food. It just takes a while to add up. My only complaint is the pricing. I always buy a venti (large) and it cost me over $7. That's a lot, even for a latte. I also like leaving a tip. Gets very expensive! I sure wish they would lower their prices.
