I am surprised by the experience of starbucks team member Seth and certainly will share this as an example of how customer service should be. When we went to buy coffee, we weren't aware of BOGO offer. But Seth was kind enough to inform us that there is a BOGO offer and charged accordingly. It's a great way of making customer going wow. Kudos to the Seth and team.

All the workers at this location provide excellent service and really make your day. The white guy with the beard who usually works late shifts is really sweet in the drive through. They make wonderful drinks and always create a good atmosphere.
Good sugar cookie latte and breakfast sandwich!! Crew is friendly! Thought I heard them whispering before they announced my drink because they wanted to pronounce my name correctly, haha! Not my favorite in terms of places to sit - pretty much all tables with hard chairs, (aka no booths or cozy chairs) but still a good stop.Parking: Good parking but you might have to fight crossing the line at the drive through to enter the parking lot!

The one ⭐️ rating is not for the employees at this location but the owner/owners of this SB’s. Stop being so damn cheap and provide the proper equipment for this team to be able to execute their jobs without the hassle. Buy a NEW credit card machine. Buy a NEW scanner. I stop in daily and there is always an issue.Your employees are stellar! If they weren’t entirely awesome I would chuck this place due to failing equipment. Pay them well and provide working equipment. We all know you are raking in the $$ and with a .50 cent increase fix your $h!t and treat your employees right.

Pathetic service!! for being a daily customer for more than a year they made me wait for cappuccino for 20 mins and then says I need to have patience and can be refunded if I can't wait. They messed up my order quite evidently. they needed to own rather than throwing those baseless comments.
