The worker was super sweet. I felt bad because she was the only worker making drinks for the app and in store. Ridiculous!
But my drink is 75% ice and I don’t think there was enough oat milk. I already waited 10 minutes just to order. I wasn’t going to wait any longer.
I know Starbucks loves their ice but this is ridiculous. You guys need to do better.

The second time I order espresso con pana and get just coffee with milk. Borista doesn't know coffee recipes, this is outrageous for a coffee shop!

Starbucks usually offer great and optimisesm services this is the exception, the barista was extremely upset and unkind, she's is in the wrong place definitely. We cancel our order as we don't wich to spend our money on this store! Hope they can train their employees better!

My daughter ordered a hot cafe mocha but the barista made a cold cafe mocha. She was lookin g forward to drink it. And the on of the barista's working there always has an attitude. WORST STARBUKS EVER. This will be the last time.

Located inside Kroger, drinks and food are always hot and cold as needed. It’s an easy to quickly grab a coffee and shop around Kroger.

I always go to this Starbucks. I am a regular, I notice a change in staff which has been a change in professionalism, presentation and customer service. Today I had an awful experience. The drink that I ordered was not what I recieved at the window. I asked the lady at the window what it was? She told me the drink I ordered. I told her I did not order that. She calls her coworker Aech over and says, "I'm not dealing with that customer." Aech comes over and was very passive aggressive. I asked her if she was the manager she said she is the batista trainer and she has been there 2 years and the other employee has been there longer than her. My drink was remade, not very refreshing. As I was pulling off, Aech yells out the window, "There's a Starbucks down the street you can go to." I ordered a total of 3 drinks. I went inside and returned mine, the other 2 were my kids drinks, I did not return there's. I live in the area and visit that Starbucks frequently NEVER have I had this experience. Aech even made an excuse for the other employee stating that today isn't a good day for them it's the holiday. I'm sorry that's not acceptable!
The previous staff- Jesus, he was always so nice and welcoming. Food and drinks were served in a timely manner.
Every time I visit this location it's a wait whether it's drove through or instore.
Looking at the 3.2 star reviews make sense based off of this experience.

Girlfriend brought home a carmel frozen drink and it was carmel syrup and milk. I had her throw it out.
