Located inside Kroger, drinks and food are always hot and cold as needed. It’s an easy to quickly grab a coffee and shop around Kroger.

I always go to this Starbucks. I am a regular, I notice a change in staff which has been a change in professionalism, presentation and customer service. Today I had an awful experience. The drink that I ordered was not what I recieved at the window. I asked the lady at the window what it was? She told me the drink I ordered. I told her I did not order that. She calls her coworker Aech over and says, "I'm not dealing with that customer." Aech comes over and was very passive aggressive. I asked her if she was the manager she said she is the batista trainer and she has been there 2 years and the other employee has been there longer than her. My drink was remade, not very refreshing. As I was pulling off, Aech yells out the window, "There's a Starbucks down the street you can go to." I ordered a total of 3 drinks. I went inside and returned mine, the other 2 were my kids drinks, I did not return there's. I live in the area and visit that Starbucks frequently NEVER have I had this experience. Aech even made an excuse for the other employee stating that today isn't a good day for them it's the holiday. I'm sorry that's not acceptable!The previous staff- Jesus, he was always so nice and welcoming. Food and drinks were served in a timely manner.Every time I visit this location it's a wait whether it's drove through or instore.Looking at the 3.2 star reviews make sense based off of this experience.

I go to a lot of Starbucks in Krogers. But this time i had one of the best experiences, the barista was the sweetest. She was kind, really friendly, and very efficient. She heard me talking to my sister about her not needing a lot of sugar because we were going to be stuck in the car for awhile. The barista asked why, and i told her we were traveling, and on the way out she wished us a good day and safe travels. It was the best.

Time: 4pm. The lady at the Starbucks counter said we are closed, she was reluctant to mention the reason as the board in front of her has a store hours "Sun 6am-8 pm".

Took from 4:07 till 4:28 till i got a hello from employee. Then proceeded to take 10 more minutes to let me know the cup I wanted to purchase she couldn’t give me the clearance discount for, and told me i didn’t look hard enough at what’s on sale because she didn’t think the christmas cups were “ready to be clearance” yet. I asked about apple pay, and she said “No we don’t take apple pay… come back tomorrow and maybe someone will do something for you”. spent 45 mins at the cash register and left empty handed.

First and last time here. Barista had a stank attitude already this morning! If the other Starbucks would of had my bakery item I would of just walked out. Y’all need to do better.

While mobile ordering may be avialable at this location, it is simply not staffed for it. Recommend a full site Starbucks location.

I went in to this Starbucks this morning with my two year old for my usual venti mocha and chocolate chip cookie as we travel, we typically visit one to two Starbucks a day in Columbus and surrounding areas, the two folks I had that at first wouldn’t even acknowledge us, went on to say the one team member was attempting to fix the pin pad machine. Finally he says he has it fixed, we realized after I ordered that it was still not working, and I said still not working. He says I guess not. I hope the employees at 11:07 on a Thursday the 4th learn to simply be kind and not act like customers don’t matter. Terrible customer service.

Made a mobile order while they were not busy and when my order wasn’t ready in 20 mins, I went to ask them where it was, and THEN they printed out my order to start making it. There were 4 drinks ordered and they were just standing around chatting until I went to talk to them. Basically took 30 mins to get my order.
