Its Starbucks in a busy location and time so a wait is expected but my friend bought my coffee so we ordered at the same time. I got a cold drink she got a hot one. I had a Caramel Ribbon Crunch frappe and she got a Sugar Cookie latte. At least 4 people were making drinks but all of them were making cold drinks. I was almost done with mine before she got hers and she had to stop one of the workers and ask about it before it got made. She almost seemed upset about having to make it.

Stopped in for one drink and waited far longer than we should have. While we stood there, we watched at least seven mobile orders get made and handed out — all for people who weren’t even in the store when we arrived.
It’s frustrating to be completely overlooked just because we ordered in person. If you’re not using mobile ordering, don’t expect to be a priority here. Definitely not coming back.

visit On 05/2022/25: They don't offer bathroom . First,you need to purchase to get bathroom access. To purchase, I need a time. I was sick and feeling pain but they refused me to access bathroom before finishing transaction of their items. They just likely discriminate me because of my dressing style and facial color because I get access on other days dressing differently. Their services are personalize, if they think you are poor and routine person they don't respect you.

MOD this morning was so nice and pleasant. Baristas are the first ppl I see and talk to every morning so it’s notable when they’re in a good mood because most of the time they aren’t.
I had a very rude experience with the workers. If I could put 0 stars I would. I’m so upset and genuinely think this Starbucks needs to reevaluate who they’re hiring.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to say that Ryan, a barista, here is phenomenal. He was the only person making drinks with a decent line. The mobile ordering system crashed, so my mobile order never went through the system. He saw me standing there, asked if i had a mobile order, and had me pull up my receipt. Not only did he memorize my entire order, but he made it in under a minute. I was super impressed and he had amazing customer service.
