Ive been here multiple times and almost every time I come to this location they don't make my drink properly it's the only location with a drive through that's on my way to work. Think I'm going to stop going to this one.

Somehow I was able to submit a mobile order at 5:40am on a Sunday and when I arrived to pick up my order they were still closed. Even though their sign said they open at 5am, both Google and Apple Maps said they opened at 5am, and the Starbucks app said they opened at 5am. There wasn’t a sign on the door explaining that they were opening late, even though an employee was inside ignoring me. She did hold up 6 fingers indicating they would be opening at 6. So I wait until 6 and believe it or not, they still were not prepared to open. Rather than continue waiting I requested and received a refund.
One star for customer service and only because I did get a refund.

Hands down the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to from Columbus to Florida. Stringtown road is super fast they need to teach the people on Georgesville road a few things. It’s coffee and tea fast food is faster then them

Always a long wait time… workers could care less about trying to get people in and out.. always seem to be understaffed. Just a horrible experience everytime I come here.

I tried this Starbucks twice on two different weekends. They take forever to take your order. They see you standing there and don’t your order. The girls that finally took my order talk super soft, you can barely hear them. Don’t recommend this location.

I ordered 2 drinks a large salted Caramel ribbon crunch for my wife who was at work and a large dragon fruit lemonade for myself I get too the window and I got the cash in my hand the lady was trying to get me to pay with card so she can ask for a tip then she saw the cash and got a additud about it gave my dollars back which is fine then slowly gives me the coins like yall can keep them i don't care. It's whatever so I move on she then gives me a gingerbread something or another and then looks at me like I'm stupid when I'm like this isn't mine she gave me 1 drink for 12.20 wheres my other one??????? She also never gave me a receipt. She knew she messed up. When I tried to call up too the store as well it says they are open but no one will answer the phone. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this location or that drive through employee to anyone.

I have tried this Starbucks 3 times now because it’s the only one close to my house. EVERY TIME they get my drink wrong. I ask for oatmilk and they have never given me the right milk. I even asked if it was oatmilk and the guy lied to my face. I’m so sick of throwing 8.20$ away and getting a shit drink that’s not right. Will never be back

Waited over half an hour in line bc they had inside closed for whatever reason. Already paid for online order. They attempted to hand me cold lattes that had been sitting there. I recommend driving out of your way to any other SB, it would be worth your time.

Placed an online order to pick up in store, I arrive to the store to pick up to locked doors that says to use to the drive thru. If that’s the case turn off the online ordering for I store pickup because I don’t have time to wait behind 10 cars to pickup my drink. 6 bucks wasted…

Workers at this place dont have any costumers service i order ahead online got there their front door was closed had to go to drive thru to pick up and waited on the window for 10 min for the employee to ask me to leave for being holding up the line and never got my drink that i paid for
