Closed because they can’t find employees… just close down so a local business can take over.
Honestly just avoid this location if you can. The slowest Starbucks drive thru known to man. Even if you’re the only one in line it takes way too long to make your order. Also the drinks have hardly any effort put into it to make it accurately. I mean even my order which is just iced coffee with a splash of cream, they drown the thing in cream like where is the coffee? I’d rather just drive to the grove city location. And, there’s no bathroom for customers, always a pet peeve of mine.

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Everyone was running around and stressed. I had a voucher from Coinstar that I have used at a few other Starbucks locations, but also this one. The worker would not take it saying, “They only accept them at Kroger”. Kroger told me only brick and mortar locations accept them and coinstar isn’t even a Kroger service. On top of all of this, they didn’t even give me the correct drink.

This Starbucks always takes the longest out of any other I’ve been in, even when both the inside and drive thru lines are less than 3 people each.
They also skimp you on your drinks. In the picture below I ordered a venti drink and it was only 3/4 full

I used to love Starbucks matcha. It had that perfect balance — slightly sweet with a real matcha flavor. But lately, something’s changed. They’ve switched the powder they use, and the scoop size is now half of what it used to be. Now it just tastes like milk with a tiny hint of green. No matcha flavor, no richness. Honestly, it’s disappointing when something you used to enjoy so much just doesn’t taste the same anymore. Bring back the original recipe and scoop size, please!

I asked for no cheese on my breakfast sandwich bc Im allergic, and they gave me cheese. Im so hungry so now I gotta go somewhere else, or risk eating the sandwich and getting sick all bc someone didnt pay attention .
It’s always an amazing feeling when you go thru the drive through or walk in. The smell of roasted coffee beans and warm danishes baking is just a whole vibe! 🤤🤤

Consistently out of food at this location, Everytime I come here it seems like the thing I want is always out. Ridiculous.
I visited this location during a busy rush and still had a great experience! The staff was friendly and worked really hard to get orders out. I could tell they were understaffed, but they handled it well. My drink turned out great, and I really appreciated the effort they put in. Thank you!

Ive been here multiple times and almost every time I come to this location they don't make my drink properly it's the only location with a drive through that's on my way to work. Think I'm going to stop going to this one.

Somehow I was able to submit a mobile order at 5:40am on a Sunday and when I arrived to pick up my order they were still closed. Even though their sign said they open at 5am, both Google and Apple Maps said they opened at 5am, and the Starbucks app said they opened at 5am. There wasn’t a sign on the door explaining that they were opening late, even though an employee was inside ignoring me. She did hold up 6 fingers indicating they would be opening at 6. So I wait until 6 and believe it or not, they still were not prepared to open. Rather than continue waiting I requested and received a refund.
One star for customer service and only because I did get a refund.
