I’ve been ordering the same grande soy milk latte at this Starbucks every day for about a week, and the service has usually been great — especially thanks to one of the baristas who is always kind and attentive.
However, today was a disappointing experience. The barista who normally takes my order was busy, so another barista took it instead. I clearly said “grande,” but she rang me up for a venti. When I noticed the mistake on the receipt, I politely mentioned it to the barista who usually helps me. She informed the other barista, who then reacted with attitude, shaking her head dismissively.
When I asked how I could get the refund for the difference, she responded rudely and came over with an even worse attitude. I calmly said that I had ordered a grande, but she started raising her voice and arguing, saying that maybe I said venti instead. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. Thankfully, the other barista stepped in and helped resolve the situation politely.
I understand mistakes happen, but customer service and attitude matter — and yelling at a customer over a size correction is unacceptable. Really disappointed with how this was handled.

Cannot order ahead anymore and it's been like this for weeks. I work in the area and my time is limited. I can't walk over and wait for my order, so I've opted to go elsewhere.
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The ambience inside is inviting and calming like a dream come true. I like to walk over, grab my tea and slow down as I enjoy it and the ambience including music that seems to cater to my mood every time.

It was closed. Maybe they are moved.
This is the most frustrating Starbucks downtown. I only go here if I’m running late and didn’t eat at home. They have plenty of food and bakery stuff available to buy but they regularly choose to leave them marked as unavailable for order in the app, which ruins the ability to order ahead — even though they have no seating, they’re in a corporate area, and it’s not designed to be a sit down neighborhood Starbucks. They also don’t allow you to pay with the app even if it’s just your own CC for points, probably because they’re in a hotel, but which again is infuriating because they are smack dab in the middle of an office area and they look like a regular Starbucks. The majority of their customers are not hotel guests, they’re local employees.

Ever since N3rd street Starbucks closed, this location runs out of everything constantly, if you wait till 9am they basically completely sold out of all food.

I've worked near this Starbucks for years and I only try to go when I forget breakfast. It never works out. It's truly the worst. It's often closed for unknown reasons. I went the other day and no hot breakfast. They had bagels but couldn't heat them up. I said fine and ordered a bagel with cream cheese cold. Paid for my order and they said oh we are out of cream cheese. So I paid 4.50 for a cold bagel with butter. I have learned my lesson and will never go there again. You would think the laveque would want better for their guests!

This is a nice Starbucks. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This Starbucks is conveniently connected to the inside of the LeVeque Tower, which has a beautiful interior. I got a white hot chocolate cold, which consisted of milk, ice, and white chocolate flavoring. This tasted quite good. There are two tables inside this Starbucks, and more seating in the hotel lobby as well as a large, comfortable red plush bench by the tower’s elevators. There’s also a small plaza across the seat with about six benches to sit at. I gave this Starbucks five stars because it’s in a nice location and because I received good service.

Every time i come to this place something is down and not functioning. I ordered online for a hot item, and went to the store to realize that the oven was down. The oven has been down for about a month.

Service was awful, my wife isn’t from here originally and has a slight accent. She asked if there they had hot chocolate and the woman behind the counter simply said “no” with a bothered attitude. Didn’t recommend anything just a simpe “no”. My wife then asked for a mochaccino and before she could finish her sentence she said “no”. My wife had a question the lady then cut her off mid sentence and said “I don’t understand you” and repeatedly cut her off and said “no, I don’t understand you”. She ended up getting something anyway and as she went to pay she must have put her card in the wrong spot to pay and the lady started in on her again repeating “no,no,no”. My wife hasn’t been here that long n this country and to be treated in such a horrible and degrading manner was a painful experience for her. She did say the other lady came and helped her and was very nice. This was Monday January 13th at 2pm Starbucks hotel LeVeque
The customer service was awful. Very unfriendly and rude.
