Forgot to put espresso in my latte, so I just got a cup of steamed milk. Got attitude from the woman working here after I told her. Drinks for people behind us (who clearly knew those who worked here) started coming out before all of ours were done. Warming up a few sandwiches took way longer than it should. Slow and unfriendly service and don't get your orders right.

Pretty standard Starbucks, though the counter area itself is small. If you are sticking around to eat and drink, you get to do so in the lavish, historic lobby area of the LeVeque Tower...beautiful. Service is generally prompt and friendly. As you may have noticed here in 2023, prices have gone up by a pretty noticeable amount. many of the coffee drinks now exceed $6. My main gripe with this location is the little cooler in front of the counter/display case, you know - the place where canned and bottled beverages usually reside, has been almost empty other than bottled water the last few times I have been in here. Even for morning meetings, it seems like they cannot restock. So I always end up getting a bottle of water instead of the canned softdrink I used to get. Oh well. Still a nice place to take respite from the world.

It's not very often that I interact with the employees because I typically order mobile. However my Venti Iced Americano is always bold and cold just like I like it. It's also a bit more convenient than the other locations despite only on street parking. Always remember to use the revolving door!
