Absolutely ridiculous. This Starbucks closed 8 minutes before the posted closing time. If you say you’re open until a certain time, then stay open until that time. I drove out of my way and was turned away before closing totally unprofessional and disappointing.

Hi! I really like Starbuck here but I have a few suggestions that this branch can lisoand pay attention. I am a person who love to drink matcha and usually I call more power matcha to wishes that I can meet my wishes when I drink but I see that while the preparation staff, they measured too much milk leftover they will fall away I feel that it has reduced the number of matcha I called more. And I just calling for a recipe this day, the other was bad for me to go to the trash. But I have compliment, the employees usually work on tuesday around 2 p.m. They do it very delicious and very true to me, it is impossible to criticize. Hope the store will listen. I always support your branch if you have a change and liaten to customer’s comments

i have gone to this starbucks multiple times and my drinks are never made right and today they didnt even bother mix my drink and my whole cup had clumps of matcha with a water down refresher with just seeds in my drink dont recommend coming here!!!

While my order was done very well, the customer experience was inconsistent. A nice lady took my order and i went back a second time for the “free refill” policy if you get a refill in the same shopping trip. This was my first time trying it out so I inquired about it to Ingrid at the counter. She spoke poorly to me and implied that this policy didn’t exist until I inquired further and she then allowed me to order the refill. I felt embarrassed how she was speaking to me with customers in line behind me.

One of our favorite Starbuck locations! Huss and Yreene are amazing! They're patient, kind and fabulous beings.
Vegetarian options: Imposible sausage plus a plethora of other vegetarian and vegan options on the menu.
Dietary restrictions: The list the ingredients in plain sight so you can see and if you have any questions or are unable to see you can let them know about your restrictions and they will accommodate you or let you know what you can and can't have.

Omg slow slow slow . I walked inside to place a order and a person was sitting barefoot with their feet on the chair ….. I’m guessing he was king of Starbucks . Either gross . Your workers look exhausted and lifeless … Nobody taking orders inside .
