Hi! I really like Starbuck here but I have a few suggestions that this branch can lisoand pay attention. I am a person who love to drink matcha and usually I call more power matcha to wishes that I can meet my wishes when I drink but I see that while the preparation staff, they measured too much milk leftover they will fall away I feel that it has reduced the number of matcha I called more. And I just calling for a recipe this day, the other was bad for me to go to the trash....

While my order was done very well, the customer experience was inconsistent. A nice lady took my order and i went back a second time for the “free refill” policy if you get a refill in the same shopping trip. This was my first time trying it out so I inquired about it to Ingrid at the counter. She spoke poorly to me and implied that this policy didn’t exist until I inquired further and she then allowed me to order the refill. I felt embarrassed how she was speaking to me...

One of our favorite Starbuck locations! Huss and Yreene are amazing! They're patient, kind and fabulous beings.
