Came for coffee, was told they’re too busy to take any orders… came back 4 hours later, they’re restocking because they were busy and can’t take orders…. Just close down and let a local coffee shop take over the business.

This poor girl was working by herself on memorial day! we placed an 8 drink order on the app, felt bad when i saw she was alone but she was really kind and fast, working really hard and holding it down on a holiday. she deserves a raise! if you’re reading this, you’re really cute and I hope something really good happens to you soon

Says they're open on website, walked in expecting to make a order. A lady at the register proceeded to rudely tell me they weren't open at the moment. I asked her when it will open and she rudely shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes as if she didn't care. It seems like she was dealing with a personal issue and didn't want to take customers because she was the only one behind the counter with her uniform on and everything was lit up as if it was open which is what it stated on the website. This location just lost a customer and I will not be returning to this location. Management needs to do better and make sure their employees know the basic customer service skills because I've never had a rude Starbucks encounter until today.

Every time I order from this location, the employees are very efficient, kind, and national with my drinks + food!! Especially Braylee and Jacob! Always very intentional with my orders, and it is very much appreciated!!

Did mobile order husband picked it up it, refresher was some kind of blended drink with whipped cream no idea what that was, my frap had a big hair in it , went back to the store to get it remade and the girl at the register “Britney” looked annoyed and bothered that my I wanted my drinks made right. I understand she was the only one there, no need to be bothered. Red hair girl came and nicely remade my drinks, only reason i didn’t give one star.

Very rude employee. Friday 8-30-2024 3pm

Young heavy set light skinned girl with glasses , she was sitting in the back, I approached the counter and said “hey” to get her attention since she didn’t see me, and when she noticed me it’s like I ruined her life, she looked very annoyed that she had to do her job.

I ordered from the menu and didn’t ask for anything extra or different but She had an attitude the entire time she was making my coffee. I asked for napkin and she, very rudely, pointed and said it’s back there. Horrible customer service. And on top of that the coffee didn’t come out the way I wanted, I would have asked for something extra to make it the way I wanted but didn’t want to deal with the horrible attitude.

It’s been years since I wrote a review but felt that this one was necessary. I been to this location a few times but never been treated this way before. BAD customer service.

They had just opened the lady automatically went on break, this is not the first time I’ve had issues with this lady last time she forgot my breakfast sandwich as well as a cake pop for my kid after I already paid. The customer service is not there seeing as I work in a restaurant I would never have that type of attitude!

Just here to say the guy Alec that works the drive thru window honestly has the best customer service i’ve been to multiple starbucks & have to say i have never been treated bad but you can tell Alec loves his job & loves working with people

I was in there this evening, it is not busy. I was the only one there the batista with purple hair wasn't interested in serving me
I had to ask if she was opened. When she finally took my order I can tell she did it wrong. She didn't care. I ordered the strawberry refresher. My drink tasted like water. It was pale pink, she didn't even shake.
