Lillie she is Worst and rude cashier I have ever seen :( I asked her to make coffee latte and she is rude cashier
It’s one thing to be understaffed, it’s another to be rude and usher a potential customer out of your store for simply asking why I couldn’t order my coffee inside just list you a customer. Very bad business

Slowest service ever
Placed my order with young man behind the counter who then stated "We're out of coffee" while gesturing to the empty carafe and disassembled coffee maker. When asked if I could purchase beans or ground, that wasn't a problem. Employee was simply too lazy to make coffee. This is at 2pm, not like it's 9pm and very few people are drinking coffee.
There was someone named Melody working and they had some other girl with them. After repeating my order twice to melody they put something different on the cup. So when the other lady went to give me the drink I was like this is not what I ordered and Melody was like “oh my bad” and turned back around and i just threw the drink out. It tasted awful. Do not recommend at all

I dont know who was working the window this morning but I may be in love. Easily the kindest, most polite, and most helpful person I customer service employee I have ever interacted. This is coming from someone with 6 years of restaurant management experience before moving to Healthcare! For having to start my day at 430am, I cant think of a better start. thank you!
appearantly its not worth saying anything to anyone, or post it here, on facebook!, that they arent open on Saturdays & sundays anymore, and now are closing at 330 in the afternoon?! its cool tho, id rather support a local coffee shop, whos is going to COMMUNICATE with the customers who keep their doors open!!!

Everytime I order (the same drink) it's different each time. Idk why. Please also update business hours online and on the app and get employees trained on how to conduct transactions like reversing double charges that they did or refunding money and stars because they close at 5pm now instead of 9pm. No use in giving us the option to order thru the app when it doesnt even provide accurate information.

This location cannot get the order right in English. I might as speak Mars language. Avoid this location go down the street . Yikes
Don't bother trying to get coffee here in the mornings, you can stand there for 15 minutes and never see anyone working. Go somewhere else and don't waste your time.
